That was the last I heard. No cards showed up. My emails went unanswered. Phone calls on the 21st went to voicemail. I later found out they don’t answer the phone on weekends, so I started calling again on September 24. The response was underwhelming: they were behind schedule and promised shipment "today," with a delivery window of 7–10 days—far longer than the original four-day promise. When I requested priority shipping to make up for their delay, I was bounced from one representative to another. Finally, a hesitant employee said he would check into it. Moments later, I received an email saying they would ship via 2-day air for an extra $30. Seriously? They mentioned postal service shipping in one place, but the email specified UPS. Attention to detail matters, especially in the printing business. I understand you get what you pay for with freebies, but why offer a complimentary service as a marketing tool if you can’t execute it properly? Any goodwill they earned has vanished. There are plenty of other online printers I can turn to. It’s a shame they don’t realize that customer service is just as important as the product itself.
