I was previously using Bitforex.com, and for some time I was unable to access my account, which was concerning because I still had funds and account activity there. I did not immediately know that the platform had moved to a different website.
Later, I found out that the service was now available on bitforex.us.com and that existing users needed to connect their previous accounts to the new domain. I contacted the support team to explain my situation, and they provided instructions on what steps I needed to follow.
