I made several attempts to contact their support team and requested my funds multiple times, but there was never any proper response. For a long while, I held onto hope, believing that one day I might recover my funds. Fortunately, a close friend of mine later informed me that cubits had returned with a new official domain —cubits.exchange — and that withdrawals were now functioning properly. I decided to give it a try. Upon visiting the site, I was instructed to merge my old account, which I did successfully. After the merge, I regained full access to my old balance that was previously stuck on the old platform. Next, I was guided to reactivate my account, and once that process was completed, I was finally able to withdraw all my funds without any issue. I’m deeply grateful to my friend who informed me about cubits s return — he truly helped me recover what I thought was lost forever. It’s been a long journey, but I’m happy to say everything worked out in the end.
