After four long years, I finally received my funds...

After four long years, I finally received my funds, thanks to the new Citex system. The process of merging my account allowed me to regain access, complete my KYC, and reactivate my account. This is how I was able to successfully withdraw all my funds. A huge thank you to Citex Exchange. I'll be forever grateful!

At first, I wasn’t really happy with this exchange because things didn’t go as smoothly as I expected. I honestly thought they wouldn’t face issues like shutdowns or delays, but I guess every exchange has its challenges — no one’s perfect.
