Okay service, until you want to return something. Overpriced

The first few times were okay, decent service, knowledge, etc., though a little overpriced. That is until we wanted to return something. We ordered 2 fans and were not charged shipping because total was over threshold. It turned out the fans were not suitable for the job so we tried to return them. One was rejected because the box was damaged, though it arrived that way, and the other was accepted but we were issued a credit to buy there again. Not only that, we now had to pay the shipping cost for the initial postage even though we went to the shop to return them. In the end we're stuck with a overpriced fan we can't use and a credit we don't want to use. Never again.
