Since you've been able to withdraw your funds after completing the KYC, it’s a good sign that they’ve re-established at least some level of operation. However, as you've pointed out, there’s always a risk with exchanges that have had a history of shutdowns or regulatory troubles. The fact that they’re allowing withdrawals might be part of a controlled exit for users or an attempt to wind things down. That said, there’s also the possibility that they're genuinely coming back, but it’s hard to tell for sure at this point. cubits.exchange
