I am writing to formally express my concern regarding serious security lapses I experienced at your facility located at 8901 Airport Rd., Brampton, ON L6T 5T2.
On two separate visits, the facial recognition system was not functioning. On both occasions, your staff opened the vault access door without verifying my identity or asking for identification. This is a serious breach of security and demonstrates clear negligence, especially given the nature of your business and the trust customers place in your security protocols.
I reported these incidents to the on-site manager immediately, yet no corrective action appears to have been taken.
This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. I request that Dymon Group investigate these incidents, take appropriate corrective action, and provide assurance that such negligence will not occur again.
