My claim was assigned to Adam Benefield, Property Adjuster with CapstoneISG the Altalanta, GA branch. Service was so poor and taking so long that I went to Noble Public Adjusting Group and now have a Public Adjuster. Before I went to a public adjuster, I made every effort to get my claim taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, I contacted the Claims Analyst with Johnson & Johnson to no avail. I also contacted the Claims Liaison Manager with Affordable Insurance, also to no avail.
To this day my claim has not been settled. I have been forced to use my own money & credit cards to repair the unit and I now have a lien on my property from ServPro for nonpayment.
