The adjuster showed up promptly and was polite, but that's all the good I can say about the. He made a mistake on my address, saying it didn't match the address on my policy (how did he get to my house then?) This caused a delay of over a month to get my payment. In that time, it rained 9 times, totalling over 6 inches of rain, which all leaked into my house because of all the missing shingles. The amount the insurance company issued for payment is probably not enough to pay a Contractors labor. Absolutely awful.
