Terrible service.

Terrible service. They mislead the customer or outright lie to you. One adjuster tells one thing and the other tells you something else. USAA used to be different. There was real customer service in those days. Definitely looking for another insurance company.

ZERO INTEGRITY. LIARS THAT DON'T DO THEIR JOBS. The home we bought showed ALLCAT as their adjuster and inspector for a storm 2 years ago. Allcat showed there was no damage. A year later the roof starts leaking. I had Jenkins Restoration come look at it. There were over 40 hits from the hail damage in the storm that had happened right before USAA sent out ALLCRAP. The roof needed to be replaced when Allcat looked at it but they lied. Who knows if they even bothered going up on the roof. Falsifying claims is HORRID!!! If you insurance company sends Allcat refuse and get someone who doesn't just tell the insurance company what they want to hear.

USAA uses Allcat for their hail damage claims in TX. They never returned calls and lied when we called to inquire about the status of the claim. The person I spoke to, at Allcat, stated USAA had to follow-up on something and "dropped the ball" the second I got off the phone the claim was sent. They also took significantly longer than quoted. It took over a month when the adjuster said we'd have the claim within a week. Unfortunately, this is the option USAA goes with.

I have called them every week for 3 months to get an update on my claim and left voicemails every time and no calls back. When I call the main line I get put on hold and eventually disconnected. Very pitiful.

I've known Micky Gomez for 10 yrs .. I've had numerous claims & roof inspections with Micky ... He's always been fair & great to myself as with homeowner's too... I know we can't make everyone happy being a roofer myself but when you have roofing outfits writing bad reviews because of adjuster not buying a roof for them i felt i had to say something.. He's a great asset to ALLCAT

All Cat has been awful to work with for the past 6...

All Cat has been awful to work with for the past 6 months. We did the general work after a hailstorm on a clients house. Our client is a USSA policy holder & has been treated for very poorly by AllCat, We finished all the necessary repairs over 3 months ago, summited supplemental estimate before work started on July 29. Today Dec 11, they still haven't assigned the supplement because they are busy from "recent" storms. On Nov 19 I talked to Mike, He agreed to call back before noon the next day. No phone call as promised. And I cannot reach him anymore. Every time we call in, we have to spend a minimum of 60 minutes to re-explain the process to a new person. Its like they have no system to document the situation. at this point in the claims process, we are waiting on them to pay out an additional 8k . If they don't pay we, as a contractor will have to eat this cost, because our integrity as a company won't allow a client as wonderful as these homeowners to deal with such a loss. We are hoping this might get the attention of AllCat, but probably not, with such awful reviews already on google & nothing seems to change.

Friendly, energetic, and seasoned team of adjusters, appraisers, and reviewers- many of whom bring years of industry experience with them - who do their job and do it well.

Company leadership shows their focus on quality and on ensuring every client and customer has an exceptional experience. Plus they take care of their employees. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday!

Then it allll changed....

Inspectors do not complete their job requirements ...

Inspectors do not complete their job requirements and are not honest. Had wind damage from Harvey. Roof leaking through a vent flashing onto my ac handler.
Also had water coming through a window.
The first inspector said his ladder wasn't tall enough to reach my second story. Lol. So he left for Florida.
The second inspector said he would call and make an appointment with me. He never called. I called him a couple of days later and he said he had no excuse for not calling and apologized.
The third one said that he could not do anything about the window but would write up to replace/replace the window sill that was damaged due to the water entering the house. But he would not get in the roof. Said he need to come back when the roof was dry. Ooooook. I had NO idea if he came or not. No call. No notification.
I just heard from Allcat and they were checking on the situation.
I told her about it. She doesn't even know if he came back or not. Her report says that there was not any wind/rain damage!! LOL. What a joke.
You pay alllll this freaking money to have insurance and then they don't want to fix what they say they will fix. What BS!
Fire and rehire ppl that want to do the job and do it correctly. I don't ask customers to come in and do my job for me at work!

My adjuster Preston in Northern Virginia did not show for a scheduled appointment. After my contractor and I waited for an hour I texted him to ask his ETA? He then lied and told me that I called and cancelled the appointment because I was sick. I never spoke with him on the phone. All communications were via text. You can easily check phone records to prove my point. What a lame lie because my property damage was all exterior. Even if I was sick I would not need to cancel. He thinks he can treat female homeowners this way.

I cannot say enough good things about allcat and their staff as my to experience. I have had with two different claims , allcat handle both, and did so thoroughly and with complete professionalism. The first time my roof was completely damaged and they replace it. The second time we had wind and hail damage and two different roofers came out to tell me that my roof needed to be replaced. Allcat then came out and showed me why there was no damage and walked me through the process completely. I feel very comfortable with their assessment and appreciate the integrity and honesty. Keep up the good work guys.

I have read several reviews from USAA customers. I guess TWIA found someone that would assist them in defrauding clients. The adjuster concluded that the cracks in my building were not due to windstorm damage, regardless of the fact we recently had two hurricanes in our area and a severe rainstorm. He also stated that my building was old and the shifting of my building was due to the building setting over a period of time. My door was forced open by wind, he said it was the screws were stripped due to rotted wood. Of course he did not share this with me, he wrote it in the report for TWIA. What this genius did not know, is we had replaced all the Sheetrock in the building less than a year ago. The door frame was also repaired. Oh yes, it had been documented that our building was leveled prior to the replacing of the Sheetrock. So now the settling of this building was due to time not wind. Ok. Not over by a country mile,

USAA made a huge mistake getting involved with ALLCAT. Worst experience in my 40 years with USAA. Avoid ALLCAT at all costs. Their only mission is to pay as little as possible. Adjuster missed damage and would not reassess. I shall be contacting USAA about this incredibly miserable contractor. Also seeking legal council. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend.

USAA contracted Allcat Claims to handle my Hail Damage claim. 7 months later and my home still isn't fixed because Allcat refuses to provide the supplements necessary to properly fix my home - they say they need "itemized estimates" to justify cost, which I've provided to them and they still refuse to pay the needed supplements. Literally the worst. They don't answer their phones, nor do they return messages. I'm worried I'm going to have to pay potentially thousands more than my deductible to fix my home properly because this company refuses to take care of it's clients. I am absolutely livid with how this company has conducted itself and how it has treated me and my family throughout this process. As soon as my home is fixed (whenever that is), I'm switching insurance companies.

Working with ALLCAT has been a horrible experience. We have USAA for our homeowner's insurance. USAA assigned an Allcat adjuster (third party) to come out to our house to inspect the damage(s) done by the hail storm. My wife and I felt that the last two times the adjusters came out they undervalued the cost of damages to our home during inspections, there was no thorough inspection, concerns were dismissed even in the presence of the contractor, inspections lasted less than 20 minutes, everything felt rushed, extreme lack of communication, when asked questions Allcat would revert us back to USAA. In return USAA would state that Allcat is suppose to process all claims from start to finish. This was never the case. Our case has been opened up since May 4th and more damages have occurred the longer these issues have not been addressed. Recently we had another inspector come out only to find out there was also chimney damage and attic damage due to the hail storm. I never had an issue with USAA until all this happened. I don't believe that Allcat acts on professionalism or integrity. I believe that Allcat is dishonest and conducts basic inspections. If we had a thorough inspection are cost of damages definitely would have shown as costing more than our deductible.

Every experience I have had on a claim in which ALLCAT has been involved has been a breath of fresh air. Before I was contractor, I was an insurance agent, so I have been on both sides. I have seen unfair denials with obvious damage, all the way to large sum total losses without damage being approved and the common denominator is typically a lack of knowledge, or a huge rush (resulting in coin flip claims.) This is not the case with ALLCAT. They have always been fair. Everyone there is knowledgeable. If they ve overlooked something on the initial inspection (understand these guys can get swamped and have 5 or more claims that day) they will correct a mistake (if it is legitimate.) I have never written a review, but after speaking with Nick Allie at ALLCAT, I felt they deserved it. I sent in a supplement, some of it approved, some not but the biggest difference was he knew, and explained why I was wrong(never have been) and he was absolutely correct. I overlooked a line item description and he corrected me. As anyone else does, I look for insurance companies, adjusters and IA firms alike to do what s fair. No more. No less. And do it with knowledge. That is exactly what ALLCAT does and their knowledge and service helps maintain a great reputation both for themselves and the insurance company they are affiliated with. They set the bar.

If your insurance company states they are sending ALLCAT out to your property, be ready to take it in the shorts. My personal experience is they are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and shady. They were sent out on behalf of USAA, did not arrive when advised, did not communicate while on-site, avoided several follow up calls and only communicated via email. Mine was rejected of course like many others stating not enough to cover deductible. I have 2 written statements from roofing professionals stating otherwise.

You ve been advised!!!

I would post zero stars but thats not an option.

Horrible customer experience. ALLcat will not return any calls or deal with the homeowners or contractors working to repair homes that have been damaged by Hail in MN. USAA needs to make a change or they will be losing all their MN Homeowners.

Unfortunately USAA sent these guys to my house after damage to my roof. I received quotes on my own from other roofing companies showing extensive damage, I sent the photos to USAA and they sent All Cat back out to my house for another look. All Cat turned around, changed the dates on the quote and resubmitted - I'm literally in shock. This is so unacceptable!

(Conflict of Interest) Jason Gudgel works together with Allcat. This is a primary example of his. dishonest representation to skew the ratings on this page.
In addition, Mr. Gudgel misrepresents his statements and his work is dependent on profiling!! (no eye contact and not transparent )

On a personal note: Mickey Gomez was the adjuster on my house and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very professional and thorough!

On a professional note: I have worked with him dozens of times and I have never been more impressed with an adjuster. He has always been flexible with appointment times to ensure I could be there to represent my clients. He is always on time, with a great attitude!

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that you have an all-star on your team!

Allcat had my roofing repair for a month before they said the estimate was too expensive. I had already paid a 50% deposit to the roofer when they told me this. Their lack of purpose put me into the position where I was potentially going top pay out of pocket for the difference. I can them, and they had no excuse why a month went by with nothing being done. I asked to speak to a manager, and none was available. Absolutely no answers. Nothing. Avoid at all cost.

The moment I started receiving calls from the assigned "Adjuster" I knew dealing with this person was going to be a DISASTER. The fact the guy called me 5 times while I was busy at work just to set an appointment spoke volumes. The majority of those calls were after 7PM (in a row). The voicemails were rude. When calling him back this morning at 9AM to set the appointment his demeanor over the phone confirmed what I already expected. When he arrived he spent 30 seconds speaking to me and probably 5 minutes on my roof. He knocked on the door to fill me in and I am floored at the way he spoke to me. "There is no hail damage"... "Roofing companies all lie because it's money in their pockets"... "I bet I can tell you what company it was"..."There is no damage to X, Y and Z and I can tell that a roofer has been up there brushing off shingles".. "If you call USAA and ask for a 2nd opinion it's no skin off my back, but tell them not to send me back out because it's a waste of my time, they need to send a different adjuster".... No problem MIKE! I wouldn't EVER allow you to come back anyway. Mind you I have had 3 different roofers and 2 home inspectors out who have ALL told me there was damage, including hail damage. That's 5 different people. Photos included. This guy is a joke. He completely dismissed any concern I had and treated me as if I was a huge problem to him. I came to look up the company he works for online and I have to say I cannot believe that the majority of these reviews are from USAA customers and sound almost identical to my experience. That's a shame. My roof is 12 years old. We live in East Texas. No hail damage MIKE? Geeze... What a horrid person.

These guys are a real joke when it comes to adjusting roofs for storm damage. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jon Aiken and he was ignorant, and refused to admit damage to my roof despite every neighbor having roofs replaced from the storm, I went up myself and witnessed the destruction this storm created on my roof. Unbelievable. NC is where this adjuster was stationed and I pray you never get him as an adjuster. Not to mention he was quite rude.

adjuster claimed he turned in total different assessment than what the insurance company sent. When questioned by a reputable roofing company adjuster face to face he became agitated and argumentative. Definitely would not recommend.

USAA sent AllCat Claims out to review. It took the first adjuster 2 weeks to even get out here to look at the roof. Blew us off 2 times, and was 2 hours late when he finally showed up for 5 minutes. Report was unrealistic so USAA sent another adjuster, who provided the same unrealistic report. Finally got USAA to take this on directly, 2 months later and I'm waiting on a third report in the next month to hopefully get my roof fixed. If you get referred to AllCat request someone else.

Lack of communication and professionalism. Adjuster no calls no shows once, no shows but calls later on to say she isn't coming once, doesn't return messages, says she doesn't have the paperwork and might have deleted it, and then doesn't turn it in for 18 days so far. Supervisor was pleasant last week with my complaint but this week she wasn't. She told me it was going to be done on Monday morning so when I call to inquire Thursday morning she cops an attitude with me about it. Since my father is a claims adjuster with a different company, I don't have unrealistic expectations because I have asked him how long to wait and what to do to escalate the claim. It's unfortunate that USAA contracts with them as it makes them look bad as well.

Assigned AllCat by USAA, and like others have stated they claimed no roof damage from hail storm. I have pictures before and after, roof is falling apart. Still fighting to get roof repaired. Hopefully USAA does some research before assigning this company in the future.

I had mold remediation done in late June, paid for it 10k out of pocket and submitted it to USAA who sent it over to allcat.... I ve had multiple people working on my claim and every time it gets sent to someone knew I hear from them once and then I try to contact them and they never answer or call back.... it s now October and my interested on my credit card keeps going up and up because I still have not received the money that I am covered for.

We filed a claim 3 weeks ago. Appointment was set up for Feb 8 2021 1pm. No communication that day from person scheduled to come out. 1pm came and went, with no update from their end at all, so in order to get on with our day we then rescheduled for Feb 15 2021 1pm. More of the same. No communication and ultimately their representative was a no call no show. Thankfully USAA is assigning a different adjuster to us moving forward.

I know MICKEY GOMEZ! I like the man. He looks for reasons to cover claims. He and I have always gotten along. I was an adjuster for yrs and understand the time involved in working claims. I now run a roofing company. If I could REQUEST Mickey, I would. I imagine the bad review was from some storm chasing craigslist salesman who convinced the home owner that every scuff on the roofs was hail damage. If there's real damage, Mickey will cover it.

USAA contracted ALLCAT Claims to assess my property damage following Hurricane Florence. Adjuster came to the property at the agreed upon time. He was cordial and courteous. So far, no problems.
Got a call approximately three weeks after the assessment from Boerne,TX to inform me what the adjuster had determined.
His estimate to remove our tree was easily $400.00 below what any contractor would agree to for the work required.
I recommend that USAA members beware of contracted folks (ALLCAT) coming in to do their estimates. Get an estimate from the adjuster before he leaves your property--if possible. Once they're gone, you are without leverage.
Just so happens that the estimate came out almost exactly to the penny of my deductible. The folks at ALLCAT said that I could rebuttal the claim with USAA -- of course, I am at a great disadvantage, the estimate is done and the check is in the mail.
I asked the customer service rep at ALLCAT who called me to run the low (unreasonable) estimate up to her company's management since they are responsible for the numbers to USAA. What will become of this is anyone's guess.
I also encourage USAA members to have several contractors bids before the adjuster arrives. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a position to get that done. Tree removal folks were "working overtime" all over eastern North Carolina.
Lesson learned. I hope other folks are a bit wiser from this post.

Sent by USAA to evaluate condition of roof. Roofing company (who I've dealt with before and has great reputation in Austin) told me I had hail damage. Adjuster (last name is Hambrick) is simply rude! Rude on the phone when making the appointment and even more rude when he comes to my house. Seriously needs to brush up on his customer service.

I was a long time USAA customer, but dropped all my policies due to ALLCAT. What the inspector briefed to me before he left was not the report sent to USAA. I fought it for a good while and then just decided to drop USAA all together. So sorry to the many people I talked into USAA.
Getting someone to return a call even when the claim was escalated was nearly impossible.

Allcat adjuster are dishonest and fabricate their reports submitted to USAA as a customer you are at a grave disadvantage because USAA excepts the ALLCAT report at face value, when dealing with both of these organizations get everything in writing and get a 3rd or 4th adjuster to evaluate your claim
