Failure to maintain appointments
Set up an appointment to start service. The man on the phone had told me between 12-3pm
The office called the day before to remind we were penciled in for 1-2pm
We wasted 3 hours of our day during a busy moving period. They never showed up or even called.
My wife had to re-arrange the schedule of her job to make the timing work which subsequently made her lose out on making money. I lost time working on getting my vehicle running. Very disappointing
