Deserves ZERO stars!!!!
This dealership deserves ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. There is an overall nonchalant careless attitude! The salesman lied about the value of our trade-in just to make a sale. The salesman told us where they would list our vehicle and completed lie to us to devalue our trade by $10,000 just to make a sale!
We only had the new vehicle two weeks now and only put 290 miles on it and literally just tried to trade it back, and the pre-owned car manager just devalued the new car by another $17,000!!!! That is a total of $27,000 they got from us!!!
Work with OTHER Benz dealerships in the Houston area before this one!!!
