Overpriced, Mediocre, Unethical - Urban Dirt chases money, not quality.

Urban Dirt has the potential to be a really good landscaper. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been disappointing and not worth the cost. Despite promises to check sprinkler heads monthly, that service was consistently neglected. They frequently overcharge, especially for irrigation repairs and parts, and when questioned, there’s little accountability or transparency.
Overall, Urban Dirt, and the owner, Joshua Armstrong, clearly don’t care about the customer or the quality of their work. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Potential Wasted by Unethical Leadership and Poor Service

(First, I'd like to point out that many of the reviews for PAMCo are clearly written by the same person - the sentence structure is almost identical. )
PAMCO has the potential to be an excellent HOA management company, as they have the knowledge and experience to do so. Unfortunately, the owner, Doug Plas, does not value loyalty or integrity - if he did, he would not have taken one of his past executives for granted or treat that executive as badly as he did. Doug hires people like himself - unfriendly, unsympathetic, and simply unkind.
This is reflected in the service PAMCO gives to HOAs - they are not easily accessible, the customer service is lacking, and their moral compass is clearly not where it should be.
