The reason for this negative review is over the past two years they gave out a fee calendar to each resident of a Rest Home. Imagine seeing a reminder of your death every single day of the year.
This is the lowest ethical and moral attempt at marketing and advertising I have seen in years. If they will stoop this low to improve profits, what else?!
