Disappointing experience with Vinted’s support system.
I sold an item with sentimental value, but the buyer claimed it was damaged. Despite my good track record as a seller (5-star reviews), Vinted sided with the buyer without showing me any proof of the damage or ensuring the item was returned to me. The buyer blocked me and refused to communicate, leaving me feeling scammed. While it’s possible the item was damaged during shipping, I never got the chance to see any evidence. Vinted’s support team was unhelpful and closed the case without addressing my concerns. Sellers deserve better protection and transparency on this platform.
