The buyer blocked me and refused to communicate, leaving me feeling scammed. While it’s possible the item was damaged during shipping, I never got the chance to see any evidence. Vinted’s support team was unhelpful and closed the case without addressing my concerns. Sellers deserve better protection and transparency on this platform.
