Abusive manager

I went there to return a Seagate BarraCuda 500GB 2.5" Internal Hard Drive x 2 and a Verbatim 3m PVC HDMI Cable - Black for $78.94 from the Nunawading Store, which I purchased on Saturday 7th September 2024. I spoke to Jai who processed the credit note for me but when I rang and spoke to him to question the 15% restocking fee he got extremely abusive with me and he said there is nothing I can do for you so get lost. I will never step foot inside this store again and I would advise others to do the same.
