Beautiful clothes . Very well made. However my last purchase needed to be exchanged for different size . The customer service sent me the label and after they received the smaller size blazer they never sent me the exchange and stopped replying to all email .I don’t think an exchange should take over 3 weeks . I understand the processing times are 7-10 days but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing . Do better wardrobe NYC customer service . Will never buy directly from website again
