Their delivery was fast. To fast because they didn't bother checking if they were sending the correct item. I ordered a single sock aid and got a double stocking aid. Now they are ignoring my requests for them to fix this. I have to go through the website and leave a message on the phone line because the email they provide is fake.
They lied to us. Told my husband it would be an 80 dollar call out fee to diagnose an issue with one hot plate on our stove. Also told the 80 dollars would be taken off the cost of repairs if we went ahead with them. Service man got there, checked the wiring behind the stove, told my husband the 80 dollars was just to check the wiring. diagnosing the hot plate would be 300. Repairs would be additional. Husband contacted the manager who did the quote. He dismissed it as a " misunderstanding" ( by my husband) . So is this what we are calling bald faced lies now?
