Worst Experience EVER!!
Ordering from Made Hoops has been the worst experience ever! They are a complete joke as a retail vendor. The site says 3-5 business days to process. It's been over 10 days and I still haven't gotten an ETA on delivery which means the carrier still has received my order. When contacting customer service they juat give you the run around via email with no real answers or updates. If you want to wait 30 days plus on an order Made Hoops is your vendor. They should stick with organizing bball tournaments and sell merch there.
