Its a money grab no like other. I'm not talking about the coaches or players, I'm talking about the organization. I've been involved in AAU club sports for many years and this weekend we attended Made Hoops event at the LA Convention Center to watch my son play. We had out-of-town family visiting who wanted to see a game. NO DAY TICKETS sold, only the weekend pass. $65 / person! I was expecting $20-25 / person NOT $65 for ONE GAME! Have these kids turned professional?! Absolutely wrong. I won't EVER be attending another Made Hoops event.
Customer service came through and did a great job communicating and handling the issue I was having. I highly recommend using MadeHoops.com for AAU apparel. Was at a recent STL AAU tournament for my Nephew and it seemed liked every bball player was wearing Made Hoops gear. 5 stars!!
Ordering from Made Hoops has been the worst experience ever! They are a complete joke as a retail vendor. The site says 3-5 business days to process. It's been over 10 days and I still haven't gotten an ETA on delivery which means the carrier still has received my order. When contacting customer service they juat give you the run around via email with no real answers or updates. If you want to wait 30 days plus on an order Made Hoops is your vendor. They should stick with organizing bball tournaments and sell merch there.
