Sold a deceased estate to a developer for a grossly discounted price without allowing the market to determine the price via auction.
Took an additional commission by way of a "verbal agreement" with a vendor for $1000 in excess of the written agreed for securing a sale before the "advertising campaign was completed".
Charges excessive prices for photography which he did himself and undertook with no thought - a child could do better - the house was photographed with a beer bottle on the front fence.
Deceptive, calculating and after the money at every opportunity. Does not care.
