That is not customer service.
Extremely Unprofessional Management
The manager’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable. A paying client asked for drinking water and was directed toward the toilets instead of being properly assisted. And when the client rightfully complained about it on Instagram, the manager’s response was essentially that it was the only potable water available — and that she would do the exact same thing again.
That is not customer service. That is arrogance.
If you are in a position of management, you are expected to handle customer concerns with professionalism, basic courtesy, and accountability. Instead, she chose to dismiss the complaint and proudly stand by behavior that was disrespectful to a paying customer.
There is nothing professional about telling a customer, in effect, “I did it, and I’d do it again.” If that is how management treats legitimate customer complaints, then the problem clearly goes beyond a glass of water.
A manager who cannot acknowledge when something was handled poorly has no business speaking to customers that way. Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional.
