lost my order, claimed it was sent, couldn't provide despatch details, arrived 10 days later. he deleted my account, won't reply to emails. requested return authority, wouldn't give one. told me to send it & he would consider refund. ghebrial is disorganised, dishonest & unreliable. buyer beware, INV: 23974 22/07/26
