Company does not follow their own return policy posted online. I returned an item and after waiting 9 business days after they received the merchandise I made an inquiry to them about the refund.
An email from the company a day later informs me that it takes at least 15 business days to process a refund after it's received by them in stark contrast to the advertised return policy on line that they set prior to the purchase of an item. After sending another email regarding the issue they ghosted me and have yet to respond leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Lets get real this is not the first report by a customer about their lack of competence in processing a return in a timely manner. Its hard for me to believe that they simply sit on the merchandise and don't resell it to someone else before they give you a refund.
Never will buy from them again, that was my first and last purchase!
