Excessive mileage
Had my new car delivered off this company, I was told to expect it on Monday so I took an unpaid day of work, I was then informed Tuesday, so again to an unpaid day off work. I received my car on the Tuesday night after a battle as it was going to be changed to the Wednesday, I asked them to confirm where my car was to be told in a secure lock up in the midlands , they had been trying to contact the driver but couldn’t get an answer as to why my car was not delivered, yet they assumed it was in a secure lock up. Car arrived all good and well with an unexpected, unexplained to date excess miles of original journey of around 120-150 miles. Roadworks were to be blamed until I checked with highways agency and was told no road works were reported on route. I would not use this company again as I believe my car was used other than what I paid for. Still can’t get a straight answer. Oh and they conveniently do not provide tracking. 🤷🏻♂️ need I say more
