Excessive mileage

Had my new car delivered off this company, I was told to expect it on Monday so I took an unpaid day of work, I was then informed Tuesday, so again to an unpaid day off work. I received my car on the Tuesday night after a battle as it was going to be changed to the Wednesday, I asked them to confirm where my car was to be told in a secure lock up in the midlands , they had been trying to contact the driver but couldn’t get an answer as to why my car was not delivered, yet they assumed it was in a secure lock up. Car arrived all good and well with an unexpected, unexplained to date excess miles of original journey of around 120-150 miles. Roadworks were to be blamed until I checked with highways agency and was told no road works were reported on route. I would not use this company again as I believe my car was used other than what I paid for. Still can’t get a straight answer. Oh and they conveniently do not provide tracking. 🤷🏻‍♂️ need I say more

Had the very unfortunate pleasure to work for this company, on joining told them i was a heart patient.

I got to crew and walked 1 mile to the repair shop were i was given the keys the car was in a bad state so inspection took longer I fuel the vehicle by 2.41pm and had to travel down to Milton Keynes at this time i had had no food or break still. I called in to my planner and said the sat nav is saying i will be at drop point at 5pm however their is traffic on motorway and warned him I will not be able to make it for the pickup from other site by 5pm. He said carry on and he will try pull car out of site for me. I called in at my drop and pickup sites and they said we will only be here till 5.30pm. I some how managed to drop my car i was driving to the drop site and tried to get a taxi to the other location their was no availability. So i decided to walk through the country roads hoping my planer had managed to get the vehicle.
As i was struggling to walk after 2 miles i was still calling the office to where the car was i was told the team leader was going to come pick me up and take me to the car. I got picked up at 5.34pm by the kind team leader of the collection company i got a call off my planer at 5.37pm who told me they arranged to get someone to pick me up and take me home as they could not get car out, i then informed him i managed to sort things out and was on my way to get car as i was with team leader who was going to unlock the gates and get vehicle out for me.

On arrival i got the car and thanked the team leader as i went to appraise the car the job was taken out my app i then had to phone out of hours and get job put back on my app this took some time. I got home safely after 9.30pm and had to take this car from Birmingham to Bradford the following day for 8.30am.



I told him if i was not given a lift by my wife iN the morning to my second job i would not been able to drop my car in Milton Keynes never mind picking up carry over car.

I told him that if this is what Dmn is about i would not continue.

Result planer was sent for retraining but company stands on not giving expenses for jobs you are forced to take expensive travel on so i will be handing my plates in on Monday this decision was made by a director.

Being a heart patient i later found i would have been stuck in the fields for hours as their was not any close company drivers to pick me up no food no water cell phones with low battery no road lighting and no pavement on roads as it was a country road absolutely shocking how drivers are treated by logistics companies.

A horrible company to work for
They don't refund your expenses
Example if you're travelling to job



That's why I said don't work for this company. That's why they don't have enough drivers to complete the jobs
Most of a trade jobs paid full expenses.
And it's not true you don't get any lifts from any other drivers This is Faz who deliberately misleads you about how much you can earn. And the fake lifts you don't get big big liar.

One of the worst companies I ve had the misfortune...

One of the worst companies I ve had the misfortune to work with. As a customer I have regular meetings with one of the Directors, Gary *I use the term Director loosely* a man who repeatedly gets the name of the company wrong. Laughable!
Moves fail, rearranged to fair again, again and again and so on. Let down on on regular basis. Be warned, 90% of these reviews are fake.

I worked here for 2 years as a plate driver (please bare in mind I came with over 17 years plating experience) Dmn are in my experience in the top 3 companies to work for....Nick Des and Mike are always available to talk to offer feedback on any issues if approached in a professional way....
The work is available daily and with any other plate job is fast moving challenging but rewarding if worked at....

Therefore in summing up if needed I would return to Dmn with no problems or worries that said I have lots of experience and knowledge of the work and appreciate the hrs against income

Avoid. They lost my log book, Sat/Nav Card & missed a scratch from the front of the roof to the rear. When I finally managed to get through and speak to someone, they told me the job was to collect and deliver a car (not the paper work). Moreover, when they delivered the vehicle, they signed the receipt of it on my behalf in my absence, without my consent. I have used delivery companies for 15 years and have never left a negative review, but this time I felt compelled to do so because they were very unhelpful in every way.

Dreadful company to work for left me stranded several times and do not pay travel expenses. The company I work for now does as do most these days.



Come on DMN get in line with other tradeplating companies and start paying travel expenses and please don't give the Bull**** that you don't get travel paid by your customers. All companies pay expenses in the job. It's simple you are just pocketing them. Shame on you.

If you think my words are actionable then sue me bring it on.

One final thing your other reviews saying your company is the bees knees are totally and utterly fake, unless the people writing them have a screw loose. Your fooling no one.

Fantastic company to work for from directors to office staff always there to help you. Out of the companies in this Trade i would say DMN are the best around very competent great clients a pleasure to work for.
