Very bad customer experience

Very bad customer experience, I am a big fan of their products as they are of high quality, unfortunately their customer care is extremely bad. I use to be a loyal customer, on my last order I had a product missing. Its been more than two months since Roxy customer help is making me fill in all sorts of document, in the meanwhile they offer no explanation as to what they are doing to solve my problem. They are not responsive and they waste my time and keep me waiting for a product I paid but never received. It would have been pretty easy for them to solve my problem and offer good customer care, they are unable to do so and I must admit I am so disappointed by this I stoped buying their brand.
