We purchased the Ashley Emilia sectional from Johnson’s. Even with a Black Friday sale and no tax the couch was still 4600 dollars. I paid my down payment on December 8th was told should have it in 2 weeks which was good because we weren’t moving in until 3 weeks. Fast forward 10 weeks and the date has changed 3 times. Customer service was terrible. Offered us a floor model and wanted us to pay the full price no discount. For a couch that has been sat, laid in for months at least that was unreasonable. Needless to say I won’t be buying from them again. Disappointed!
