Brian this Ora Leeper request the trust needs to respect the wishes of Ora Leeper and disregard the works of Jean Landy to undermine and depreciate the integrity and control of Ora Leeper in regards to her personal business affairs involving rent and overseeing of her finances Jean is intimidating Ora and belittling her life and lifestyles by doing everything in her power and over her power to breach levels of confidentiality and financial freedom. I don't need trust to accommodate my rent payments I'm totally capable of handling all my business affairs the trust doesn't have right to my personal life but is there to keep my investments secure and withstanding. Jean has released to much financial obligation and freedom to Harvard Property causing a lack of tenant and Landlord compliancy resulting in payments as of January 28,2026 to be documented as late and leaving Me with no proof of payment but a screenshot of a payment sent on by bank on my behalf it is to stop I'm unable to physically receive receipts that are sufficient evidence of rent being paid by me. Secondly she is very rude and almost delusional in how she responds to efforts put fort by good people behind me in reference to Leon and how he go about protecting my best interest as a tenant in the state of California almost to the point of disregarding and being combative with her obligations to me as a client I truly don't wish to work with Jean Landy no more for she is causing my living arrangement to be uncomfortable and disabling. When leon is trying to make efforts to get the courts involved in the civil matter of the lease Jean is hindering by forcing herself upon the judicial practices of making my landlord feel he can call jean and avoid conducting face to face practices with me as well as Leon. Right now as we speak I have yet to have infestation taken care of had yet to have windows replace have yet to have trash bins purchase by landlord and have yet to complete my housing complaint in regards to theft of Gas and electricity or all because Jean chooses to make false accusations in regards to the way leon handles the issues with a landlord in which we have yet to see again since move-in Nov.4,2025 it may be safe to say Jean has compromised her true integrity as well as my own she presented a document of a mutual vacate agreement by the landlord in which he was supposedly willing to return $5300 of the money obtain in which that was or seemed to have been smoke and Mirrors but in civil court there is evidence for liability in which she is preventing from being enforce every time I call she is handling and overseeing a great deal of my personal assets she claims to either have to get to a meeting or make accusations in which she know nothing about in regards and against either me or people representing me on my behalf in the state of California I have in my person a document of a lease that shows $3750 to move in jean in which issued 5284 Nov. 2025 originally Jean asked Leon when efforts were made for state of Indianapolis Jean requested to look from something that didn't require bank of Indianapolis to be any type of guarantor or have no liability but now she is leaving me without physical access for receipts and continuing to involve herself in my person affairs of day to day business to which she has no authority. Jean was made aware I was out of hospital about a month ago and instructed to continue function of my release of payment as of instead she continued to disregard my request and leave my civil matter in limbo as I strictly informed jean to avoid me having to include her in a civil liability fault that she chose to insert herself and the NBOFI in regarding practices of default on behalf of Harvard property she leaves me no choice but to reconsider the matter and include her as well in which will be filed with weeks to come at this time we are trying to confirm a direct address and release civil officers to serve Harvard property for all that stands is a P.O. Box Jean is sending money to a P.O box where landlord is holding and causing delinquency to payment that does no good of proof in court leaving one to combat they haven't recieved Payment at this time I'm asking that Jean is either relieved of all duties of handling of my trust im also asking for a full audit to insure my resources are totally intact for which I will allow them to be overlooked in the state in which I reside I received my statement for month of January and I wish to say that Jean don't want me to be successful or have anything of pure value She pretend to care about my best interest with no results and at this time due to breach of confidentiality I request that until I get the trust to probate Jean is removed I'm living in Poverty inhabitable circumstances and Jean has befriended a total stranger over best interest of Client she has exposed too much financial information and directed payments without my authorization Leon is his own entity and on the lease no where on the lease is NBOFI creating a total conflict of interest to parties who.
