.Larco Pools and Fraud
After 3 years we gave up on Larco pools. He left us with a Gunite shell and a mess. Broken curb, broken irrigation lines, severed cable lines, spilt oil on street and spilt cement on street.
Each change order he issued there was fraud involved. After August 2025 and his bankruptcy it was obvious his subcontractors were not going to do work for him.
We hired another local company to finish project and in only 1 month everything was completed. We have filed complaints with The BBB, The Florida DBPR, The Florida Attorney Generals office and gave info to a Pinellas County Fraud case.
