Super zwrmbad slide quite long staff may be really friendly because I was last summer I was with a friend to the windlass it was 30 degrees !! And we were there there was a super queue waiting for half an hour and suddenly an ID was needed I ran away crying I am also on water polo you could see it on my bag very unfortunate

Phew, I am dissatisfied with this pool. Communication downright lousy. Occasionally info via a Facebook account and that's about it. Child is almost 2 years old and is not allowed to swim. And there is nothing to worry about, so this is the normal course of events. Swimming lessons are so general that they have no idea what level your child is at, so if the child does not have his day on the trial swimming day, you can add another 2 months. You have to pay in advance for 4 weeks and if you can't do it, you just have to pay. The only exception is if your child is sick, then you have to catch up on the Wednesday after. Reading times can also change just like that. We are already scheduled with new baths at half past eight, half past ten, a quarter to 11 and a quarter to midnight. Not to pull up an arrow and not to schedule your Saturday right away, so if you can't, you can just pay. At the desk they listen poorly and you usually get a short and half irritated answer and the announcements that you can email. In short, stay away from here and drive 5 minutes further, it will save you a year of lessons and probably hundreds of euros.

Nice there is an indoor, outdoor pool and a pool where you can swim laps, there is also a fun slide and a diving board! Really worth taking a look

Nice swimming pool for lap swimming, although fairly busy. Good water temperature, lockers and facilities.

Nice place, well equipped, modern with a nice restaurant. I would welcome a 50 m pool size, instead of 25m though.

Staff is all about enforcing theyre own regulations without taking in consideration they're customers.

after sitting 5 minutes in the restaurant , a waiter came to tell us that we ->Had <- to buy atleast a drink to be allowed a seating ,or that had to sit outside or in the hall , with one child in the pool and a 3 month old baby in a maxi cosi I would say that's pretty bad service ...

When you go recreative swimming you're aren't allowed to watch the rest of you're family in the swimming pool ,no matter what you're condition you're in (woman who just gave birth)

Great (separate) children's pool with toys, fountains and a separate section forming a baby pool. There are plenty of baby changing stations and family changing areas. There is a play pen and play house near the pool and tables and chairs for those coming to watch. There is also a big outside pool and picnic benches. There is also a nice cafe near the entrance.

Nice and pleasant pool. De Windas has various indoor pools (swimming paradise, but also a large deep pool) and a spacious outdoor pool. However, the "public" is no longer what it once was (nowadays there is also security around).
There is a lot to improve organizationally, especially in ticket sales (long queues on warm days / 1 person at the desk, who simultaneously creates subscriptions and constantly answers the phone. Not really useful during long queues.

Pool nice and tidy. Reception / checkout no customer-friendly attitude. Restaurant / service is sufficient and cozy.

It is for free swimming. Uitenbad and the slide nice but that's it. Very strict lifeguards the children were allowed virtually nothing else than 'just' swimming. Very limited opening hours to be able to swim freely, especially with young children. 10 baths card also only valid for six months. Swimming pool is too small for the municipality in the summer days. Outdoor pool is unheated in my opinion. After family swimming no more toys are allowed in the bath. Separate entrance is quite pricey.

We went for a swim with our 4 month old baby. They have very nice dressing rooms with chest of drawers, but she didn't want to open them. I asked if she could make an exception and what are those dressing rooms for? Madame was very upset !! I'm done with it for me never again. Dressed my child in the restaurant.

Neat swimming pool where especially the outdoor pool stands out. Including a gigantic sunbathing area.

The Windas is a nice pool and the staff are friendly. However, a number of things do not seem to be properly arranged. The facilities of the indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Berkel are perfectly fine compared to the swimming pools in the surrounding municipalities. What is disturbing is that the possibilities for father-child (or mother-child) swimming in terms of days and times are very limited. In addition, I understood from several parents that it takes a long time for a child to finish with diploma A at the Windas. Both things are better organized in, for example, Delft or Zoetermeer.

Nice swimming pool. Have been using the fine Aquasport lessons for years.
The ABC lessons are good, children really learn to swim well.
The swimming skills lessons 1, 2 and 3 are also recommended as well as the snorkel lessons.

After some changing experiences during the swimming lessons, we had the last swimming master Kevin in The Hague. Excellent swimming master, clear clear explanation to parents what to do if it is not good and the kids think it is fantastic. Thanks Kevin!

Very bad experience with this pool. Our son has been teaching here for two years. The content of the lesson is fine in itself. Although I think it is very pricey for lessons in large groups.

Especially the communication is very bad. It is unclear when there is no class or when class times change. Now it turns out that we missed 2 lessons, we thought it is vacation so it is not. Since you buy a card with 4 lessons on it, they are automatically canceled. Very badly arranged and super customer unfriendly. It is not possible to have a conversation, the people at the desk are not open to that.

Great swimming lessons and friendly staff. Our child has been swimming here for 2 years with a big smile for ABC (complete just before 6 years). In the beginning, when we were not yet familiar with the system, it was a bit difficult. But you can go a long way with consultation and communication. I've noticed that a lot of people are criticizing these days but are not looking for the right way to fix it. It also seems that parents are increasing the pressure to perform quickly to obtain the diploma and if it turns out that it is not yet successful, it is often just complaining. Positive stimulation helps more than your child notices that it is not good enough in the eyes of the parents.
The student tracking system tells you exactly how things are going. Questions about this can be addressed to the swimming teacher. The transition to the 4-week subscription took some getting used to, at first catch-up lessons were only allowed in case of illness, but that has been changed to always if you miss a lesson.
If your child is allowed to go to the next bath, a time is suggested and you can also change that in consultation. A swimming diploma is a party here, despite corona and all measures are done for the children.
Now that the 2nd has just started lessons, he is also having a great time.
