Definitely would never recommend this company to anyone.
I rang and made an appointment to view and test drive a used car. I was assured the car was still in stock and available. After getting up early enough to be at the dealership for 9am, I was informed the car was sold on the previous Thursday.
Not only were they falsely advertising a car they were not able to sell on car sales.com.au, they were happy to try and bait and switch my interest, just to get me to the car yard.
Very unhappy with this type if behaviour.

Thanks to Dion, Jordi, Richard and Tony for the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Great team of people. They put up with all my questions and even helped entertain the kids. I could not recommend them strongly enough. I am so happy with my Trailblazer.

Just called into this dealership to try and buy a new car. Salesman said no cars here haven t you heard about Holden closing. Rude as, couldn t have cared less. Unbelievable in this day & age!!! Taking my money elsewhere

Fantastic service when I bought my Colorado 2 years ago. Really, could not fault the way I was treated by this dealership. I came down from Mackay to buy a car from them, and when I left, I left satisfied with their services.

Two years later, I call to enquire about finance and am being mucked around trying to get onto one person to tell me what my balance is. I spoke to two different people, and both finance people seem to be out of their chairs an awful lot, considering I ve called them five times in 2 days trying to chase them up. I had to arrange a meeting with them for the following day, and even then they did not call back.
I called Zupps back because I d had enough and ask to be put through (again) only to get told that they are unavailable and will call me back when they can. I explained that I had night shift and couldn t be up waiting for calls that might never come; instead they arranged to have them call me back in the afternoon and I offered to get the information emailed to me, as that would save me having to waste time chasing ghosts. I also got told that they had other calls and just felt since the first phone call that I was an annoyance and they couldn t wait to get rid of me.

In all, the lack of consideration and basic empathy they have shown is why I have scored them so low. The information I need is not hard to obtain , yet I feel like I m applying for a Government grant. The way I am being spoken to and treated is, quite frankly, unacceptable for any business that calls itself by that title. Thoroughly disappointed in how far this place has fallen.

Extremely friendly customer service and the staff is great. However they are quite careless.

If there was an option not to select a star I would!!
I got TOTALLY ripped off for an express oil change on a Captiva which left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and a reason why I would never buy a Holden!! I would avoid at all costs...

A very pleasant experience .

Had a test drive of the Barina negotiated a trade- in , and bought the car . An excellent experience in purchasing a my first new car. The staff where excellent and easy to deal with ;-)

Being a car owner who does not shop for cars every day I was genuinely surprised and comfortable with the way Paul Boulter treated my wife and me. Paul was most helpful in listening to what our needs were and in his suggestions as to what was available. At no instance was he pushy on the contrary, Paul allowed us to decide.
Once we had decided he was once again professionally suggesting the best services available.
By the time he delivered the car we felt like family .
I can with great confidence refer anybody to deal with Paul Boulter at Zupps in Mount Gravatt.
