We've had a lot of issues with Zuppler. Firstly, despite logging into our account, we can't view order reports or tickets half of the time. Secondly, they updated their software last week. On the day they updated it, we received many calls from customers saying they couldn't place orders with Zuppler. This happened for about three days. The update added old menu items we no longer had, too. So customers were ordering items we didn't serve because of the glitchy new update. This update also put "enter promo code" and our "15% off your first order" discount at the top** of our ordering page. We were losing money because customers would keep clicking on the 15% off discount despite being returning customers. Prior to the update, it would be applied automatically to new customers, but Zuppler's update allowed returning customers to use it on every order. Customer service has been a hassle trying to reach. They don't answer the phone often, and didn't call me back after I left a voicemail. Eventually, I got through to customer service and they removed the discount from the top of our menu, but they never had an explanation for customers not being able to order. Our business lost a lot of money for a few days because of Zuppler.

Zuppler's Online Ordering platform is a cut above the rest! I have been ordering food online for years, and have not found a more user-friendly platform. The features provided really enhance the user experience!

This is a third party scam combined with whatever ...

This is a third party scam combined with whatever other third parties Google uses to post menus. Made an order to a local restaurant and one of the items on the menu available through Google was not on the restaurant's menu. The restaurant had "replaced" the item with another item of less value and offered me to get another item to reach the cost of my original order. Zuppler charges a "service fee" and the restaurant indicated that the tip that I added on my bill throu Zuppler was not for the restaurant. I am not sure who the tip was for so it is an unreliable and shady "middle guy". If you want to order for pick up or delivery it is better, safer and likely less costly to just call the restaurant directly if they don't offer online ordering through their own website.

11/23/20 Update: I had called the customer support number in the response below. The rep. that responded indicated he was going to call the restaurant and/or the third party entity that manages the menus in Google and get back to me. I never heard back from customer support regarding my issue. Avoid using this as much as possible. Go through the restaurant's own ordering options (online or phone).

Went through an almost automatic process on after ...

Went through an almost automatic process on after clicking on a restaurant in google maps. The restaurant called me that they did not have a driver and could not cancel on their end and that I needed to contact the ordering service to cancel. When I called the contact number it went to the restaurant and not to Zuppler. I emailed Zuppler and they confirmed the order cancellation, but a refund would take 2-3 business days. -1 star for failed order, -1 star for missing phone number, -1 star for taking 2-3 business days to complete a transaction .

Nothing like some seamless/fast online ordering. A great service and they always make sure to keep customer service one of their top priorities! Nice way to never need to leave my couch again and just order tons of food!

Scammed into purchasing from a restaurant that was evidently closed at the time of ordering. The associate with whom I was in communication lied about attempts to contact me, that the food was prepared for us, when we literally walked to the restaurant 5 minutes after purchase. Contacted the restaurant and they themselves stated they would give me the 40$ back directly and it was zupplers fault. Disgusting

My boyfriend and I placed an order through this ap...

My boyfriend and I placed an order through this app. We spent around $13 between deliver and tip and waited patiently for our food to show up. The time was pushed back over and over again until the restaurant called us an hour and 15 minutes later to come pick up our food. My boyfriend reached out to this company for a refund and have yet to hear from them. We spent $13, waited an hour and a half, and had to pick up our own food.. This company is an absolute scam. Refrain from ordering through them at all costs.
Edit: Since Zuppler waited 4+ months to respond to my first review, my boyfriend's order no longer appears on the account. It all seems very coincidental that they waited to respond until the information was gone.
