Food is great! However, the service wasn t pleasing at all. The restaurant has a major Understaffing problem.
Prepare yourself to be ignored for a while until someone responses for your request.

The food is really good, but you should not have lunch or just have a bit of it before eat there, cause you can't take away the rest of your food.

We order Signature Daikoku (omakase but big portion), and the portion is big compare to omakase we ate before, we couldn't finish the delicious steak and prawn and few of the desserts, and we couldn't take the rest home....

The miso cod in leave is so good, melted in your mouth, I also like the small portions after the miso soup (don't know the name), the chocolate dessert and the salad....the salad is so fresh, more fresh then the one we bought from supermarket, like they just pluck it out from their own garden. I'm not into vege and I ate them.

The spinach remind me of gado-gado, I guess cause it have peanuts taste. Overall the taste of the food is very good, so fresh and fill your tummy it'll explode

So we sure will be back.

Zuma is definitely the best Japanese restaurant in Dubai. We took the Chef's recommendation menu. It was simply spectacular. Each of the dishes was fantastic, not a single one was disappointing. The quality if food and the good service are worth every penny. Clearly a thumbs up recommendation.

I want to specially thanks to a staff called ( Jamilya ). It was our first time visiting Zuma. I knew that in Hong Kong they also have one, but we didn t have chance to visit the one in HK. The foods was so nice and the staff ( Jamilya ) she helped us to selected the menu based on our background and experience. All her choice was so matched to us!!! If we order without her help, I m sure we may have wrong choice. I highly recommend the lamb and beef After our first experience with Zuma Dubai, I m sure I ll visit Zuma Hong Kong in coming future!

Excellent restaurant Zuma, located on the grounds of the International Financial Center in Dubai, apparently as a franchise of the Zuma restaurant in London. We were on Saturday because brunch starts on Saturdays at 13.00, but it must be booked. Brunch lasts several hours during which food and drinks are brought to you all the time. today, due to COVID, all buffets are closed and are served by waiters who are trying so hard to make you feel good

One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai. Every week must come to Zuma for lunch. Best value for money with absolute amazing food and services. Love the wagyu beef and miso black cod. Everything is just fantastic. Don't forget to make booking two to three days in advance. It's super popular in town. For brunch, I think you need to make reservation two week ago.

I go there very often since I moved to Dubai. The place is stunning, delicious food, great drinks and ambiance. Staff very friendly and helpful, from the receptionists, to waiters and bartenders. Good crowd, amazing music all the time. Definitely my fav spot in Dubai. Highly recommend.

Zuma in DIFC is certainly a leader in the UAE. Although I prefer the Abu Dhabi venue, because it is more a restaurant and less of a disco, both have similar menus. Zuma has survived the departure of Chef Othman, who built the UAE-based menu and continues to produce formidable dishes, like the black cod or its delicate salmon and tuna tartare, as well one of my all-time favorite cocktails, the Japanese Old Fashioned with Nikka from the Barrel. If you are in Dubai, this is a must. If you are in Abu Dhabi, too. For the quality of restaurants in the UAE, it is a must go for sure.

Phenomenal Restaurant - Cocktails, Food and Service are all consistently great. They have the Japanese classics i.e sushi, black cod... but the rest of the menu is also AMAZING.
Cocktails are the best in Dubai. Their creativity and choice of premium spirits and single malts (japanese too) are just exceptional
Coupled with fantastic staff ... zuma is my fav

Amazing atmosphere, great waiters and bar tenders, delicious food. But the hostesses stare people down like fashion critics, try not to have a bad hair day!
Once you pass the guardians of the galaxy (hostesses) your self consciousness is safe and your allowed to relax and have fun.

As many have said, great food and amazing quality. Always a top place in Dubai. The service is great even when the place is full, which is typically the case. On the high end and the atmosphere is electric.

I give it four stars because the price is too expensive considering the quantity of food served. I understand being exclusive and have an allure but no need to break the bank.

Make sure to look fabulous as the crowd is well-dressed! Definitely coming back!

Out for food ? Don t even think about it as a local Falafel shop would tastier and cheaper, but if you re out for couple of drinks or dating someone and want to impress them yes Zuma is definitely the place

The best restaurant in Dubai.

The best restaurant in Dubai.
I don t understand people complaining for 2hrs sitting. It was like this years.
2hrs is more than enough to eat your dinner and taste different dishes.
It s a busy place, many people want to try their food.
Quality of the food is the best!
Cocktails are amazing.
Staff is professional and very helpful.
Good sushi!
I was surprised with sweet potato ice-cream! Must try!
The best chocolate fondant in Dubai!

Been waiting for our reservation for brunch for 4 weeks. Then on the last week of waiting we ve received 4 calls to confirm our reservation, which is ridiculously annoying.

In the end we had an ok brunch, not mind blowing sadly. Also cocktails are not included in any of the brunch packages, which is very unusual and not acceptable.

So yeah, we were not impressed.

Zuma is specialized in Japanese food, it s a good restaurant with first class service,
I loved that they park your car for you, because honestly the location of the restaurant is bad. And not that much space for parking.
The food is pretty much what I expected.
we ordered a great variety of dishes. The black cod, the tenderloin and sushi, and shrimp. service is extremely professional you definitely need to make a reservation before coming to this place.

Dubai has just received another prestigious award....

Dubai has just received another prestigious award.

Zuma Dubai has been named one of the 10 best restaurant bars in the world at New Orleans 11th annual spirited awards.

The chic Japanese restaurant not only placed in the top 10 for the third time in a row, it is also the only restaurant of its kind in the Middle East to do so.

Speaking on the award that saw the stunning venue beat out the likes of Roberto's, Coya and more of the region s finest venues for the coveted spot, Zuma s global bar development director Jimmy Barrat said: [the award] lets us know that we are still doing some important stuff.

There are many great restaurant bars globally and also from the Middle East which are not on the list and that shows how competitive the category is. We love that Zuma Dubai is considered industry leading in our category and we are very proud to represent the UAE on the international bar scene.

The list of restaurants is decided based on voting that takes place around the world, with industry leaders and brand ambassadors submitting their nominations and votes for selected categories.

In each category, the awards team announces a final 10 selected before revealing the winner. The final 10 in the International Restaurant Bar category include City Social in London, Le Mary Celeste in Paris and Maybe Frank in Sydney.

If you haven t been to Zuma yet, here s what you need to know.

It was founded in London in 2002 by Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney. The restaurant opened in Dubai in 2008 while it s venue in Abu Dhabi followed six-years later.

Its food is just as good as its award-winning drinks. Their signature sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe and their spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and soy, are to die for. As is the sushi.

The overall feel of the venue is chic and upbeat with everyone from DIFC's post-work crowd to food-loving tourists flocking to get a taste of the venue.

Can say we always enjoy our weekends here with my girls.
The professionalism is over and beyond expectations. The waiters are extremely we trained and very helpful. My friend spilt wine on her white jacket and they offered to have it cleaned and returned before we left and it was done! Highly recommended if your a fan of authentic sushi, and the dessert is great.
Prices are on the higher scale but with service and quality like this I would definitely be coming back.
