Ztech computer

I recently purchased a new laptop from Ztech Computer and I must say that I had an average experience. 🤷‍♀️ The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and there was a delay in receiving updates about the status of my order. 😕 When I finally received the laptop, it was in good condition and works fine. The customer service was average as well, not overly friendly but not rude either. Overall, my experience with Ztech Computer was okay. The quality of the product is decent for the price, but the delivery and communication could use some improvement. I might consider buying from them again in the future if they address these issues. 🤔
