Very nice to walk and be able to watch the animals. The park is well maintained and the animals seem to be doing well. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Variety of well distributed food and drink. Highly recommended. Only flaw the visitors ... in the multitude there are always those who do not respect the rules but the park can do nothing ;-)

Very beautiful shows and well kept animals, they are not suffering. Inside there are lots of bars and even a picnic area. The only flaw: parking is charged.

The Zoom Biopark is a very nice and interesting place for a visit. In the park there are numerous animals, especially from Madagascar and southern Africa, such as penguins, giraffes, zebras, hippopotamuses, ... There are more turnips that have a flight demonstration at scheduled times. Pleasant also the swimming pool where you can swim with the piranhas. The itinerary is well structured, the avenues are clean. There are several places to eat, buy an ice cream or drink a drink. The park is relatively small, compared to others present in Italy and in any case the visit is suggestive.
Therefore, in my opinion it is all too expensive.
The pizza has the same taste as cardboard, but the staff was very polite and kind.
The shop was really too expensive, the souvenirs very expensive, and my son wanted to try the flute, but it was treated very badly and they were very rude, because I don't buy anything with a closed box.

I spent a beautiful day, especially recommended to go and spend a day with the family, it is a bit small and you can set it up in no time at all. Thanks to the swimming pools you can relax a bit, perhaps waiting between one event and another. It is evident that they treat the animals they have well, as all are in a large spacious area.

Honestly it costs a lot for what there is to see. Very dispersive and very little fauna! If x case you don't make the ticket online instead of 24 euros to (however not a little ... park / swimming pool / parking) you pay 35 !!! That is really exaggerated! And optional how to pet animals ... and things like that pay them separately! We were practically 2 adults and a 9 year old child and a day at the zoom without food costs cost us more than 100 euros !! Absurd! They will never see me again! Do not recommend it!

Few animals in my opinion, in a matter of 30-40 minutes seen everything, well cared for, few bathrooms, no fountains. Definitely too high a price for what they offer.

I loved it, it's the most beautiful park of all the ones I've visited. There are several places to eat, it is also open for dinner.
I purchased through their website 3 tickets on the official website where it was written that they applied a 20% discount and you could skip the line.
They didn't apply the discount and in the end they didn't even send me the tickets via email!
Now I will have to go there with the card receipt, queue and hope to enter.
Bad online service I highly recommend avoiding it.

Animals seen closely! I really spent a nice day. Pool package, snorkling and visit to the tortoises. Extravagant children and parents as well! Very convenient the shuttle made available to those who like us have reached the park with the train Porta Susa - Pinerolo Pool. Food ok at prices not exaggerated for a theme park.
Zoo and pool at a good price, great park, a little less kiosks, the zoo manager is very kind.

The animals are well cared for but the spaces dedicated to some species are small and insufficient. The refreshment points are many but saw the ticket dear. Four stars but it can be improved.

The animals are very well kept and it is a pleasure to walk with the lemurs. Only 4 stars because on August 12, despite the weather, they let us in but the park was "half service" (a closed pool and only two active restaurants) and no reimbursement per policy (if it rains and you leave within two hours then c 'is the reimbursement). How policy should be reviewed: we have not closed a pool and the other restaurants not?

Easy to reach. Plenty of parking spots. The zoom offer good information about the animals an you can see them in a well rebuilt natural environment. Suggest to visit in spring time.
Excellent tour to observe unusual animals, in partial freedom. The show with raptors protagonists is very interesting! In summer, the pool makes the trip more beautiful. Organizing, as proposed, over two days is more relaxing. I'll be back!
