My parents have had excellent care. And of course there is sometimes something that is overlooked. Yet I know for sure that everyone is doing their best in the often dire busy conditions. Be happy that there are people who do this heavy, responsible, difficult work. I know that from experience. Support each other, that would be better for everyone.
