Interviewing here I did exceptionally well. I spent hours trying to prove my self worth even creating a business plan to present. That took me a full couple days of focus and time off from my other job. After that, they told me they would let me know in a week. A month goes by and I have tried calling and emailing them with no thank you, no decline, no offer... Not so upset I didn't get the job but a terrible company if they can't even respond to basic communication after putting in so much work to let me know wither way. I don't regret not getting a job as I don't want to work for a company like this.

I was a long term rep with a pretty stacked book. At first it seemed cool getting house accounts and booking 50k+ a month in GM$ But then Robert McGowen crept in and said all house Account were going to be paid out at 1/10th the commission they once were. I gave them 8 years and if I could go back and do it again - I would have gone to work for a competitor that cares about their employees.

Rude & pathetic customer service. I don't see a point in having a customer service when all they do is redirect to other internal resources.

I just started working at Zones as a sales support Engineer on the Tech side.....I would have to say to the prior comments 2 things.
1. Every company has pushy sales guys...period! Don't judge a business on A crappy employee.....especially when there are 1000 others to choose from.
2. Every company has issues with employee Alcoholism or substance abuse with some staff members....Those people will not last long.
So in my opinion...after my first week this has got to be one of the best companies I've ever worked for PERIOD!

Zack from Zones called my cell during a meeting. Usually I can handle a pushy sales call but not on my cell..... at a bad time. I excused myself from the meeting to take this unkown call.....Zack from Zones you are RUDE and I will make sure everyone I know will never...ever use Zones !!!
