I bought the Samsung 65" 8000 series from them. This TV is amazing. Exactly what I was expecting. Customer service is excellent. They go the extra mile to make sure that not only you understand how to use your TV, but also make you feel comfortable and at ease while browsing their inventory.

If you're like me, you've been obsessing over purchasing a new tv. I've read countless technical reviews, watched videos, etc. I had a very specific set of features I wanted, and it was proving very difficult to find that in Atlanta at a reasonable price without having to wait for delivery. Gotta be honest, I was pretty sketched out when I decided to give these guys a shot. The deal seemed too good to be true, and I had more than 1 warning bell going off in my head. They didn't go away when I showed up to their facility and it was located in a warehouse/industrial complex. Those bells REALLY started going off when the door was locked and I had to ring a bell for someone to let me in. By the time the girl let me in, and then proceeded to BOLT THE DOOR BEHIND ME (with zero explanation), I was pretty sure I was going to die. At this point though, they pulled out the exact tv I showed up to purchase, pulled it out of the packaging (which was open, but intact), plugged it in, showed me it worked and how to use it, and they even helped me load it into my car. I drove away 5 minutes later a very happy customer.

TL;DR- I thought it was sketchy too, but I'm glad I took the chance. Very happy with my purchase.

So me and mother came in to buy a tv in March before the shutdown for Covid-19 was in place. We love the tv but a issue with pairing the remote arised and we had someone look at it but it was no help and we also called the tv company and they weren t any help at as well. We gave him a call on Tuesday 7/7 to bring in the tv he told me he ll have it ready on Monday 7/13. He called me Friday 7/10 morning to come pick it up. We were outside of the warranty period but he was still able to help us!! Great Customer service and quick turn around!!!

Amazing place with Amazing TVs. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Tvs are discounted due to some blemishes but if you can live with that, it s a great deal! Managed to buy two OLED LG TVs that are worth over $3k for just under $800! Great way to save some money but still have the best!

they had a horrible customer service line. we own in a wholesale store in miami and had a big order for t.v's so our business was to buy more so we can complete our order .who ever is the receptionist was completely rude to our company. out of the 60 years in business we've handled. i have never mett someone who refuses to answer a simple question,or let us buy. in order to make a business sucessful you must always be polite and have manners. who ever was the receptionist needs to be fired or spoken to.
