The location of the hotel is amazing. It is immaculate, and the service is great. Especially Emre from the restaurant section took special care of us.

We had a fabulous stay at Swissotel with my son. Especially breakfast was a great experience. My 2 year old son was having a little tantrum and one of the kind waiters (Emre Bey) brought us a coloring book and pencils to help calm my child. It was a book full of drawings from the hotel. What a lovely idea. Emre Bey and all the others were extremely helpful and hospitable. The food is delicious also and everything is sterile and clean. We felt very comfortable to see all the precautions given the pandemic situation. We would like to thank each and every one who works at this professional institution.

We celebrated our 18th anniversary at this hotel when we were married while we were at Efes Hotel 18 years ago. We would like to thank to Ekinox Restaurant team and hotel staff for their close attention and nice surprises. The smiling face and courtesy of Ekinox Restaurant Emre Bey were also admirable.

Excellent hotel. The best in town. Great facilities great location & See view. We injoyed the indoor swimming pool. They also have outside very nice pool. The gym is very impressive and a very nice trainer.
The hotel is highly complied with safety measures for covid19.

it's such a shame that a hotel with so much facilities but yet the service is worse than a Kebab shop. I stayed there for an operation and during that short 5 day visit, i happen to lose my Rolex Daytona either in the hotel or outside as i was on anasthetics i do not recall. Now all i asked was a report that i have reported the loss to the hotel as my insurance company was asking for it but Sibil, the Guest Relationship manager refused to send it to me. It could be the language barrier that she has as she keeps saying we dont take responsibility for your loss but all i ask is something that i can pass to my insurnace company.

on top of this, the day we checked out they were charging us for Beers that we never drank, seems like it's their own cleaners that drink those as due to our surgery we had to stay away from Alcohol.

Swissotel was a quality that we felt in every way. The guleryuzlu approach of the service staff made our night more memorable with the kind and delicious hosts of the kitchen chef. Our favorite is Aquarium Restaurant, which offers the best live music and Mediterranean cuisine for Izmir.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Kordon is within walking distance of the beach. But the food was not good

The entire team at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Everything was in the way of preparation and operation of our meeting organization. I had requested for an orange juice Emre bey insisted on making a freshly squeezed glass for my daughter .. he also managed to get her a cake to celebrate her 7 months. Bottom of the line Emre bey indeed took charge of my daughter's comfort I was very impressed with his attention to details and friendly attitude

The staff are all so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. Room service is very quick always by a happy member of staff, The room is very modern with Tv, shower. Bath, all the robes. Slippers towels and bedding are changed every day. Tea coffee. Iron. Hair dryer is all available in the room even with a little sowing kit. Mini bar is extra but all item are individually priced. The room is very spacious and cleaned every day.
