Great organization, for both the insured and the counterparty. At first I was a very satisfied customer, especially because the premiums for car insurance are very low because they only insure vehicles and vehicles in Zeeland, then my girlfriend was hit by a driver who was also insured with zlm and have until the day of today we misery with it. She does not even get enough advance for health care costs that are normally at the deductible and taxi rides up and down to the hospital while she has certainly not asked to be hit. While she is literally in the hospital with machines and drip, she has to beg for more money to cover the costs, I find this really outrageous. I myself wanted to insure a 2nd vehicle, this was not possible because I am under 24, I think that is very strange given that I cannot drive in 2 vehicles at the same time and the kilometers traveled per year remain the same. To keep a long story short it's all fine until you really need them

Good insurer and very customer oriented with always friendly good staff who will provide you with assistance everywhere if this is the case, you can always go for questions and will be neatly highlighted or via email and chat.

Definitely an honest insurance company. You will always be spoken to in a neat and personal manner, within 15 seconds you will get an employee on the phone without those annoying selection menus. Unfortunately, I once had to claim the insurance, everything was arranged quickly and properly.

I read a lot of reviews and I wanted to leave my opinion here. I also work in insurance myself, but until now there has been no other company like ZLM that is so cheap and so qualitative in insurance. Example: At 1:15 am I filed a claim online for my phone that was dropped. The next morning at around 10:00 AM, I got a call from a company to make an appointment for my phone to be restored. There was not one email from ZLM with additional questions. Example 2: The entire crawl space was covered with water due to leakage. Most people suffer from companies that cannot, but if you are at ZLM it is arranged in no time. Made within 3 weeks at a busy time (because they had to come by 5 times). There are 3 downsides:

1- Strict acceptance rules
2- Only offer insurance for people who live in the province of Zeeland and Noord-Brabant
3- Have a whole website to log in and take care of your affairs, but then also send policy and policy conditions by post. Perhaps a point of attention for the magic word '' sustainability ''

For the rest very satisfied. If you want to insure yourself here, do it! Just a tip ... You must have at least 3 claim-free years;)

ZLM is an insurer with which you can have good personal contact. They are very helpful with changing the car insurance and also in case of damage (since a long time ago) they were very helpful with the handling. Price / quality ratio is just super neat. Highly recommended.

I think this is the most anti-social and worst insurance policy I have ever experienced and been insured with this company for years. Have ever made a switch to another insurance policy because they do not insure certain vehicles with zlm, after that vehicle is sold and I wanted to insure myself again with a motorcycle I was told that I had no claim-free years. While these could be found in Roy data but under my company name which is registered at the same address as my home address. At zlm they were too lazy to look further and it was easier to call me a scammer by an employee of zlm and that I would cheat everything. After further research from my side, the claim-free years turned out to be easily found under my company name and address. Zlm called about this, it was all arranged. Call 5 days later to insure a bike they find the 13 claim free years but they think the tempers were running high last time and therefore do not want to insure me. Moral of the story I am called a scammer and that I am a liar afterwards I am the bitten dog and I am no longer insured because I was angry which I am not at all strange friend if someone calls you a liar while you know 200% my information is correct and afterwards turns out to be correct. Dear people, be careful with this assurance that you do not get angry with them if they accuse you of untruths because then they will never insure you again .. very sad for such a company as zlm me, it is not possible to contact 100 other insurers with my 13 CLAIM FREE YEARS that I have

ZLM is a very nice insurer that mainly tries to think along and look together for solutions to problems. Been there for years and can only say that I am happy that my entire insurance package is managed by ZLM.

We have been a customer of the ZLM for several years now, so we have now gained enough experience to write a review. Our experience with ZLM is very good. If you have any questions, you will be helped very quickly and expertly (no annoying selection menus and long waiting times). Fortunately, little damage has been claimed so far, but in some cases these were handled correctly and very quickly. Last but not least, the premiums are very competitive. This does not even take into account the annual "profit" distribution. Even something that you will not experience with the competition. In short; ZLM you are doing very well.

Company where they deal quickly and flexibly with changes in insurance. You only have to email or call and everything will be arranged quickly. Expert customer service !! I spoke to 4 different people and they were all able to help me quickly and well.

Fair. After doing damage to a guardrail once, I had to hand something in. But after six months the zlm had not yet received an invoice for the guardrail and everything was turned back. Although this happened a while ago, the trust is still there. Why should I change insurance.

Great gesture from insurance company ZLM, 10% of the annual premium back for all their customers, that is at least slightly different from most other parties, who make everything even more expensive in these difficult times, was already very satisfied with their service, but this is a really nice gesture thanks!

You are not insured. you pay everything back if so...

You are not insured. you pay everything back if something happens. The word just feather part over 5 years so you have to pay it back twice. You have to see it like this if they have to pay 100 euros to something then they must have 250 euros back in 5 years or then and now 100. And then it can say that with all insurance, but then you are nothing better than the rest.

Dear ZLM,
Recently hit by lightning and sustained considerable damage to various equipment at home.
The damage passed on to ZLM, which it has taken into consideration.
Due to the excellent handling and friendly contacts with, among others, mr. Martens and mrs. Oerlemans everything has been perfectly arranged for which I thank you very much.
This deserves praise for the ZLM.
