Appointment was 12:00 pm , checked in 11:50 am ( they told my broker to not come before 15 minutes of the appointment) , she send me to the door right away, got loaded in 28 minutes, got my papers at 12:35 pm.
Very quick loading apples load. Just checked in at the main office. My loading docks in the South end side.

Don't bother checking an hour before your appointment time then be prepared to wait three or four or five more hours and be treated like a subhuman. And then to top it off after you spent all day there they timestamp your bills so you cannot go anywhere..

Normally out within a few hours. However today is really bad. Noon appointment, in dock at 3pm. It is now 8 pm and still haven t started loading.
These people are not managing I weighed 3hours for only 10 pallets. They people does not appreciate anyone's time.bad company
Fast loading for bulk Hoppers. Pulled into loading area after my empty weight, and the loaders were hard at it. 30-40 minutes later, and I was loaded. Jesse and the guys were friendly and quick. Thanks.

Its my second time in here as a truck driver. Loading time 5 hours with apt.
Two stars only for parking spots they have enough. Over all if you have a chance, do not use this company.
