Larry CS Rep in Americas assisted me with a technical problem. my Cable kept saying you do not subscribe to this channel so I called the 866 number connected to Phillipines I could not understand the Rep. WOW has outsourced their jobs to a foreign country ??? She made the problem worse. Well WOW you have oiutsourced your service from me I will be taking my business else where. Americans need jobs. Awful customer service!! I had to terminate my service because I moved. It took 3 calls to get a box to return the items. Then, after FIVE calls and 2 1/2 months, I still don t have my refund. Every time I call, I get a different answer. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I m told there are none available. Are they deliberately trying to steal my money?
They advertised no data caps and then what do they do - implement data caps. Classic bait and switch. Can't trust this company at all!!

Over a 2 week period they have wasted over 24 hours of my time and cost me money with my business by sending 5 technicians and replacing line, replacing boxes, replacing plate in main box, changing connecters, etc.. They actually said they would send a more qualified technician each time. I asked why the more qualified techs werent sent the first or second time, no response.
I am on hold right now trying to cancel my mom's service, because she's moving to assisted living. They just keep passing me from person to person. This has been going on for an hour. What on earth is happening over there? I'm just going to hang up, stop paying, and keep the router.
