Went with a friend & we were put in a group of a few others. The ziplines were fun and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! They kept us safe and entertained and explained how the gear worked. I went when it rained practically all day and it was still Great with good views and lots of fun definitely want to go back to try the obstacle course.
Let me tell you, this place is amazing for active kids. In addition to ziplining, they have an aerial obstacle course, set in the trees. It is super fun, has advanced safety features (Cables with a roller strap and harness to keep you from falling out of the course, "shark fin" catches to prevent the loss of progress, and designated safe areas to protect you when you're not attached to a line. Helmets, gloves, etcetera).
There are many fun obstacles to climb, perilously walk across, and ride through the courses, every year on vacation that we visit, I have an absolute blast running each course! Its friendly for kids and adults, as the safety gear is adjustable, and there are multiple ranges of courses. If you're able to take an afternoon to visit, I'd highly recommend it!

My Husband, Sister, Niece, Nephew and I went to Zipline this past weekend. None of us had done this before and some were a little apprehensive. Kendra and Trent were our guides and they were fantastic, they were very clear when they were giving us direction, made it fun and interesting and really reassured us when we were feeling nervous about the high zips. They were very careful to follow all of the rules and made sure that we were safe at all times. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Kendra and Trent for a great day.
I gave the 4 stars because I was hoping we would see more of the island when we were up on the high towers.
Great experience with bunches of course options for beginners to experts. The best part is you'll feel like an expert after passing through the "easier" green and blue sections. Guides were excellent and there to assist in good fashion. We would totally do this again.
Great family fun! My sister, brother-in-law, two teenage nieces, my 70 year old father, and I enjoyed several hours zip lining here. The guides are amazing - friendly, funny, patient, and safety focused. The zip line course takes you through the tree trops with wonderful views of nature (and a dash of water). If you have a good time, don't forget to tip your guide - they work really hard!

My family of four zipped with another family of four. By the end of the tour, we were all laughing and talking like we were a family of eight. Emily and Zack, tour guides, made everyone comfortable and secure.
The canopy tour started slow and simple. I was worried that this would be a boring adventure. The zip lines grew steadily higher and longer though. One line shows the best view of Hilton Head! The finish of the tour was a dual line zip with handlebars and no braking.
What an amazing experience!! We had Lacey and Nick as our guides and we just had a blast on the zip lines! This was so much fun I think we will do it every time we come to Hilton Head now!!!
Absolutely 5 stars!!! It was great fun. 2 hours of time on the rope courses was well worth the money, will be coming back with our daughter (as I feel they have a course for all age groups).

I've been on a lot of ziplines but this one was by far one of the most fun. Not just because of the lines but also because the guides know what they're talking about and made the whole thing interesting.
They should post daily what times are available. Prices are all over the place on different web pages. The times and information on their web page doesn't update if they are actually available or sold out for the day. When you call they state that they are open but should mention they should mention if they are sold out and what times are available.
We had a absolute blast! Course was fun and the guides were professional yet fun. Recommend for a good time!

The 2 hour zip line course was beginner level but fun for all. Book your tour early in the day to avoid the heat and see great views from the tree lines.

So glad we chose Zipline Hilton Head as our first Zipline experience. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job teaching. They take you to a practice area where you go to Zipline School . If you can request, I would recommend asking for Chad and Day as guides. They were super funny!! The course was carefully planned and designed to build. It was very hot, my daughter got a bit overheated. Staff remained confident and calm. They radioed staff who came to where we were, brought water, and picked her up in a golf cart and brought her to a cool area. We are definitely planning on ziplining again with Zipline Hilton Head!

Awesome day in the trees! Our guides were very friendly, encouraging and helpful. The courses were a good mix of entry level and challenging. There is a course for every level of adventure goer and participants can go at their own pace and comfort level.

It was challenging, more so mentally than physically. Needed to trust your gear and grip. Put fear aside and breath. GREAT experience for me, my wife and my two sons - 8 and 5 year old.
Only suggestion would be to identify who to offer the gratuity. Everyone was so helpful, it was difficult to identify who deserves the extra $$.
We will start making this adventure an island tradition.

Booked a Zipline tour for my 7th wedding anniversary and had the best time. Our tour guides Tad and James were great. They were so knowledgeable about the ecosystem and gave fun facts about the local dolphins and sharks. Would definitely recommend this as one of your adventures!
I visited Zipline Hilton head on Friday the 12th. I have never been ziplining before and i really didn't know what to expect. My tour guides were Nick and Kendra. They were great, they cracked jokes, gave a ton of helpful information and generally made the experience that much better. I had more fun then I could ever have imagined and I can't wait until my next time!!!
We had a lot fun on the two hour zipline course. This was my second zipline adventure. Our guides, Alex and Maddie, made the experience fun and very safe. I especially liked the view from the seventh zipline overlooking Broad Creek where we saw a dolphin (no extra charge for the dolphin tour). Our guides were very informative and were more than happy to take pictures on the camera I brought to capture the memories.
Zip lining and Arial adventure were the highlights of our vacation. Diana and Alissa (hope I spelt the names correct) were welcoming and so professional on the first day we had to go back the following day for Arial adventure.By the way thanks JC for recommending Frankie Bones, delicious meal with great service. Tell the young lady in the ticket office (second day) to smile because she spoiled my fun (well for a few minutes). Great job guys thanks for making my birthday and vacation worth while

This place was fun. Took 3 of my sons here while vacationing in the area. None of us had ever been ziplining before and all enjoyed themselves. One of my sons was a bit anxious beforehand, but after his first zipline, he saw the devil was a liar and there was nothing to be afraid of. He enjoyed himself just as much as the other boys.
I had a blast with my girlfriend there, the staff was friendly and helpful and Ranger Chris was quite helpful and entertaining throughout our experience, i would definitely want to come back again.

We booked a group for the ropes course but it was pouring down rain on the day of our reservation. They were unwilling to refund us due to poor weather, and since we're an out of town group we couldn't reschedule to another day. Disappointed
Just did this today and had Kendra and James as our guides and can't wait to come back and do the ropes course. Fun for the entire family and both Kendra and James will keep you entertained and informed and just loved it...
We took the whole family here and had a fantastic time. We did the Aerial Adventure and my kids from ages 7 up to 16 all had a great time. The courses were very well designed and appropriately challenging based off color selection. The blacks were very challenging and an awesome workout. The staff was very patient, friendly and helpful and they offered a great military discount. This was definitely a Hilton Head gem that we will visit again next trip!
I went here yesterday. Cool staff. Super welcoming. Sooo much fun. I def want to go back. The instructors I had were wicked nice. I even learned some fun facs on the way: GA state tree is the Southern Live Oak, (Quercus Virginiana), interestingly enough oysters are the biggest murderers of them all, and how the sound "Baa-dum-tss" derived from a sheep, drum, and snake falling off a cliff. I would most def recommend this place and I will be going back. See you soon Ziplining-H.H. !

We decided to try zip lining on a whim and I had heard about zip line Hilton head, so I booked a trip for my kids and I. I can tell you that my 10 year old and myself are afraid of heights. Which speaks to the abilities of the staff, when we all got done and wanted to just keep going!!
Zach, James, and Zach were fun, knowledgeable, funny, and most of all, very professional. Their safety procedures were perfect and their guidance was on point the whole time.

We had a wonderful time! All staff members were friendly and engaging. The ropes course was fun and well put together, and the varying levels of difficulty made it so that there was something for everyone in our group. We staggered our start times because we have an infant we wanted to hand off between courses, and the staff worked with us to make that happen. We'll be back next trip!
My husband and I went ziplining over the 4th of July holiday and had a BLAST. Lacey and Caroline were both great guides! Living in the Savannah GA area (about an hour away) we enjoyed the experience during our day trip to HHI and plan to come back with a group of friends next time! Safety is top priority, and you are connected at all times which made me more comfortable when taking the plunge and stepping off the platform or moving between ziplines ALL those feet off the ground! We would recommend this to our friends and family and once our children are older, this will be a definite family experience we will all enjoy. Thanks again to our guides and Barb for a fun filled afternoon!

I loved it! I did the ariel course and the tour guide and both were super fun! All of the staff members are very nice and make the experience more amazing. The tour guides kept the whole group engaged in the activity, and made it extremely fun. It's a perfect activity to do with your friends or family and it really is such an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves an adventure!

What a great way to spend a few hours! Ever since they opened, we've celebrated my son's birthday by Zipping in HHI first thing in the morning. This year our instructors were Olivia and Van, and they were awesome. Van taught us so much about the area, and Olivia kept things fun with her humor. The race zip was awesome! Can't wait to go back again next year.
They made it a great time, Kaitlin and Matt made it intresting for the entire group, no one could feel outta place. Shared interesting facts too your kids can actually get a lil history, science and math edumacation. HIGH FIVES are free btw!
My family had an excellent experience with the aerial adventure. The staff (Jessie and Mick) were relaxed but professional and made the experience fun. After 90 minutes our teen-agers were worn out. The obstacles were challenging but doable. We are ready to hit this up again on our next trip to HHI.
Very fun experience to enjoy with the family. Equipment could be a little cleaner since it smell like old sweat and old which is normal but, might be a good thing to enjoy the ride better.
We loved Zipline Hilton Head. Rick and Gabe were our guides and they were amazing. The last time I had used a Zipline was more than 20 years ago...and they made this seem easy. Some beautiful views! We are already discussing when we can go again.
