I loved the experience. I went twice, I was in the golden circle once and I don t know if it was the performer staff or the ziggo dome staff but we were given water cups, which I thought was considerate. The second time I was up in the seats but still could see pretty well! My complaint is that the money to chips to use is a bit expensive as I didn t need 4 chips but that s the minimum option. Overall, lovely stadium and lovely experience!
Beautiful location. Have been here because of the Christmas show of the postcode lottery. Everything was neatly arranged and clearly indicated. Enough staff to help you with any questions.
A great location for concerts. To go, the Arena is no longer a nice option to park. 25 euros, not nice. Parking at P2 and higher 15 euros. Everything you need is well organized at the Ziggo Dome.

Simply the best concert hall I have ever been to. Nothing else to say everything is great appart from the token system to buy drinks and food. Otherwise everything is perfectly well made and organised like you would expect. The location is absolutely great aswell... The FEBO right by the Ziggo Dome is great for an after-concert snack

It is the largest room in the Netherlands, but this makes it difficult to have good acoustics or to be able to see the artist from a certain place at all! The Ziggo Dome has almost everything, including the reasonable acoustics, but visibility is nil.
No long lines, fast control, good food and drink range (also healthy alternatives instead of only snacks). A bit on the expensive side, especially drinking.

Saw Green Day here, nice place for a big show. Everyone was very friendly. Lockers cost 2 per use, it's possible to change bills to coins at the service bar. Hanging your coat is free.
Performance and hall was fine, only the catering is expensive and cumbersome with long queues.

A true music temple. Beautiful acustics. Very good range of artists. Wide range of catering, but "Amsterdam" expensive. The instructions at the coin machines need to get better. Spacious, clean toilets.
Best sounding concert hall fitting ~15k people in The Netherlands. Very good flow of people no matter what you do enter/exit; get food/drinks; visit the loo; payment.

Very good wheelchair accessible, friendly staff. Eating and drinking is a bit expensive, but that is in every event hall ... Disabled or in a wheelchair? Then the special places are highly recommended for a very good view of the event.
Always love this venue for the many concerts I have been too. The staff are professional and the events are always good with no issues.
Medium-to-large size concert venue. Easy to commute with a transportation hub near by.
Excellent venue. Has lockers so you can store coats , bags etc . Only downside is having to pay with tokens for drinks. If you want a cheeky last drink , you have to spend a minimum of 20 on tokens so you either drink another 5 drinks or go without ! Loads of places nearby to drink and eat beforehand

Great concert location with decent acoustics. There is a payment system in the Ziggo Dome, which is implemented using in-house 'chips'. The system speeds up payment when buying drinks and food, but makes it easy to lose track of prices.
Well enjoyed the john mayer concert. Although we were at the top, we enjoyed the atmosphere and music
Well settled. Entering for the show went very well. Too bad the wheelchair facilities were so bad. I have seen a lady go up and down, because there was actually no place for her and her wheelchair. And the service crew was not inventive enough. Today my 3 stars. Not so bad for me but for her.
There is little news to tell, everything is perfectly arranged inside. Keep in mind where you park your car in advance, or don't worry about spending an hour longer in the parking garage.
My experience here was really really positive it was well organised and I had a fantastic time. I had a golden ticket for the event so was watching from the sixth row centre incredibly view. I experienced virtually no waiting in line for anything, washrooms, food, drinks. Entering and exiting the venue also ran like clockwork. I could only give this evening 5 stars because there were no more available to me.
Saw above & beyond here. Facility and services seemed good enough, but I was too busy raving to pay too much attention.

Simply one of the best Music temples in the Netherlands. Acoustics are good. Hear the singers flawlessly singing. Also a very nice room. With good seats. Easy to look at the stage.
