The venue is a great place for a concert or a show. However, while I understand you can't bring a bottle of water to a concert, bringing it to a kids show should never be a problem, yet they still ask you to throw away the cap. A little flexibility would be appropriate.
Also, having 4.5 coins as a standard (instead of, say, 4 or 5) is really weird, especially since there aren't many things you can buy with a X.5 value. Clearly this is purely aimed at making a profit.

Nice room for a party. Smoking area is really super dirty. Staff behind the bar can also be more motivated.
Sound is great, easily accessible by metro. Nice evening polite!

Looked great. Good parking, but painfully expensive

Audio quality was rather poor, it was hard to distinguish the different instruments and especially the lead singer.

Efficiently furnished and very good sound. Very many people possible, which makes the weather less intimate.

One of the better sound experiences in the Netherlands with such a large room.

Top concert of 21 pilots with my daughter :-). Parking nearby. We were on the second ring in the grandstand next to the podium with possibly poor visibility. But every disadvantage has its advantage. That is why the (top) sound could be heard without earplugs or hearing damage and the pilots are running around and paying attention to all fans. You can also peek behind the big stage which is always fun. Xxx

Sometimes the music drowned out the vocals. And the light sometimes went out of sync with Il Divo

The Venue is just to big to be a fun concert. The place does run really smoothly though, entry is fast, bar service is quick, no crazy queues.

Our daughter was sitting in the plaster with her foot. The crutches were no longer fit in the car. With great effort we were allowed to drop her close to the entrance. Inside she sat on a bench but it was literally pulled away from her. After the show she had to wait to be picked up again. No seat or anything like that. She is literally outside and the door was locked. Customer friendliness was hard to find. Furthermore, I was bothered by the staff who talk to each other during the show. If you are close to the entrance to the gallery. The show was good and fun but the whole circus around it. ......... made me angry. There was nothing noticeable about the Christmas idea outside the show.

The machine where I wanted to buy my Token did not work properly, had to wait 20 minutes before a mechanic came, missed a piece of Holland by Hazes. Know better.

The perfect place to experience the complete commodification of existence with the whole family. Top.

The Ziggo Dome concert hall is a very impressive place to see and enjoy music.

Sam Smith was fantastic! I continue to marvel at the bad sound in the Ziggo Dome. Have already attended many concerts, but the sound is disappointing every time.

Lockers for 2 euros for rent. Jackets are accepted for free. Clean and enough toilets. Smoking is bad. Coins expensive. You can not go outside and back inside again. Once outside is outside.

Great place for fun events and you can go crazy and admire how are the acts that you will encounter

Great seat at the top. A bit less vision to the stage.

I don't think the dining venue is 3x enough in the Ziggo enough to sit in front of the performance. And when you are in the room, the seats do not rise, so if you have a large one in front of you, you will see nothing.

Excellent performance hall, superb acoustics, and Jamiroquai made us relive some of these best songs !!!

Room is beautiful. But the prices for drinks is really bizarre !! 5 euros for 33cl of beer !!!!!! And you have to get at least 4.5 coins, so 15 euros. So concert tickets, travel there plus these absurd drink prices .. is a reason for me to watch the next concert on TV. Wardrobe was free and went on smoothly

Great show from the lamas attended. Everything good for each other, parking in front of the door for a reasonable rate. Enough toilets, so (with the men) there is no line. Only those absurd prices for food and drinks !! 2 coins ( 6.66) for a large (which is actually very small) wine. 1.5 coin for a small bag of chips .....

Hadn't been in such a big concert hall for ages. Sat on the top ring, so a long way away. And oh dear, how steep and high it is ... The large screens allow you to follow it well, albeit with some neck pain ...

Great concert by Editors ... Everything is arranged. Exit ticket is certainly nice. Nice those cabinets for the coats! The prices could be better!

Very nice show with a chronological story about the time of the existence of the dinosaurs; Walking with the dinosaurs. Life size dinosaurs with spectacular sounds and beautiful special effects. Unfortunately the last time they came to the Netherlands.

Had a super performance by imagine dragons. Seating places were ideal and also for a short wait.

Nice room. Pretty good view to the podium from the hall. Pause was a drama. The corridor is much too narrow, something to drink / get food is almost impossible. Perhaps the bars in the hall also open at events? Women's toilets very long line.
