Bad experience and bad care. You are left to your own devices and (unnecessary) serious mistakes are made with medication. That just can not be!

Great service, but something I find a no-no for a hospital: the desinfectant sprays for the toilet seats are always empty.

Good hospital and competent doctors.

A website that is very confusing. Cannot make an appointment by phone. An administration of a kindergarden. Nice people work there hence +1 star. But the administration and the route to get there is confusing and should be addressed.

I usually look with a very critical eye on an organization or company, specifically with regard to mutual interaction of employees and treatment of clients / patients.
In Rivierenland Hospital I have recently received professional help again and have been assisted by very attentive and friendly staff members. Therefore ZRL and its staff receive 5 stars. Not least because of the professional operation by Dr. Zollinger and his team. Super. Thanks everyone.

We didnt plan to deliver our baby in this hospital, but glad we did. All of the staff at the kraamsuites is super friendly and helpful eventhough i have to experience both normal and caesarean delivery. Thank you

I think this is such a nice hospital, I have always been helped so well here, dear sisters, had surgery, and that went perfectly, had no pain, good guidance from the doctors and the sisters, super good hospital, oh and for the people who need wait, the food is good and not expensive

The restaurant meal was very tasty. However, the men's toilets was an unsanitary smelly mess. May be a bit cleaner for a hospital.

Overestimation of own abilities.
There is lying several times while human lives are at stake.
Absolute contempt for the well-being of a patient.
Dangerous and degrading to be treated here.

Eventually, the treatment was continued in Nijmegen, where several serious mistakes made in Tiel were revealed.

I wanted to make a complaint as the son of a patient, but my father didn't want this because he thought they would let him die.

It is really a regional hospital with a GP station where you can go. For truly specific medical help you have to go somewhere else. We had a photo taken on radiology. Was put on a CD but there was nothing on it. So in St. Antonius in Leidse Rijn we had another photo taken. This is the last time we have been there. The photo could also not be forwarded with the electronic system.

It always runs out! Please do not arrive on time. You just have to arrive 30 minutes to 45 minutes and then you can enter after 10 minutes ......

You don't judge a hospital on the kitchen, but if you want to have a drink during a visit, you can do so at a cozy fire place.

Just done a Covid test (Sunday Nov 15). Very streamlined. Staff super friendly !!

Been to Dr. H. Kreukels a few times, dermatologist. What a wonderful doctor that is, have seldom seen such a fine and skilled doctor as Dr. H. Kreukels. Listen carefully to what you say, give an exceptionally clear explanation, think with you, really takes the time for you.

Easily accessible and easy hospital. Unfortunately, the caregivers didn't like it very much and some stupid mistakes have been made time and time again. Communication also seems to go very poorly there, compared to other hospitals.

Good hospital is kindly helped although it is never nice to go there but fine they are there where I mind is the parking costs that add up for the rest top

3 vertebrae broken and no information about aftercare. Do not call back, do not transfer information to the doctor. Grumpy people on the phone. All in all, a mess in this slaughterhouse. Never experienced anything like this.

Everything has been improved and modernized so much now. It takes some getting used to getting familiar with it. Previously not such good experiences, among other things, in the intensive care department and the like. But, at the moment that all seems almost no longer applicable. Personnel appears to be a little more professional and is more open and patient to discuss calmer and clearer an indication or research result. In addition, it is a pleasant comfort to be able to consume / consume something during a long wait or before leaving in a modern, spacious catering establishment to recover.
Parking is also definitely better and more practical than it ever was. It is a bit unfortunate that parking in these places or necessary taxi rides costs extra ribs from your body.

Hospital staff is top notch and care is excellent!
What I have a lot of trouble with is parking. If you pick up patients who cannot walk due to an accident and are therefore in a wheelchair, you will receive a fine of 370 euros (!) Without mercy if you load your patient in the wheelchair space. (So only if you have a beautiful blue invalid picture)
If you have already had a terrible accident, you will get another kick, as if you were there for fun. Very annoying aftertaste left and the reception is nice and laconic about it; not their problem, just complain to avri, Toedeledokie. Nice and customer friendly working there!

I had an inguinal hernia surgery in June. That went fine. I find it a very pleasant hospital where I have been treated professionally and friendly. The appointments for the operation were also good

You always have waiting times after an appointment at the hospital. One quarter of an hour is acceptable.
After one hour was in hospital, I thought the purse would be picked empty. Fortunately this wasn't too bad. Costs 2.

Fortunately a hospital that does not charge a prize for parking. You don't go to a hospital for pleasure, if after an hour you sometimes have to pay around 10, that's not nice.

As a patient, but also my concerned family received great care after accident. Thanks for that!
