Chetu is a custom software development company servicing startups, SMBs and Fortune 500 firms worldwide with specialized technology solutions.Chetu has designed, developed, and deployed a wide variety of custom software development solutions for specialized business markets.
The number of awards it has won in various Corporate circuits is just phenomenal. This shows the great commitment they have in their work for their customers, employees and vendors and third party. Work culture is very employee friendly. However they start the work at 2. 30 pm daily because of the overseas client mainly in US. I liked the colour of the logo of the company which is bluish light green and it gives a very good positive feeling. In Noida they have two offices which are located within 200 Mts. Parking outside the main building is on the open road and sometimes a big issue if there is no available space. Inside the premise no electronic device is allowed for the visitor and only if there is any special permission then only one can carry a laptop. I had to surrender my laptop with a token and could later take it inside once I had the permission. Overall a good company to work for as I know from the external sources.

I have been working at Chetu full-time for a year now.

As per my experience, the pros here are "Best Pay Scale", "Bi-annual Performance Reviews and Appraisals", "Excellent Learning Scope and Growth Opportunities", "Open Door Policy", "No Such Hierarchical Gaps (Easily Accessible Levels)" and "Cooperative Members";;;

On a lighter note.. "Shift timings are not so usual but manageable" and "No Lift Facility Within the Building".

I would recommend this company to a friend.

Maha ghatiya company, selfish management in this pandemic situation of corona. Company Employee are dying and they still forcing employees to come to office. Shame on management

The company had conducted my written test and asked the expected salary . After i cleared this round i was further called up for interview and hr rounds . After having cleared all the rounds when it came to handing over the joining letter, they said that they cannot give the expected salary . My experience has been worst with this company as it wasted a lot of my time ,efforts and money . At their every call i had to travel all the way from chandigarh to noida and yet the salary issue came up at the last point of time . All I could gather was that this was the worst of companies . The HR completely an insane lady is calling up the candidates for wasting their time.

Worst company i have ever visited , before interview i told clearly about my expectations , but after wasting my 4-5 hours (7 pm to 11:30 pm ) of interview process , they said , our budget is low , we can't pay that much of sallery . They offer half of my expectations.

If you don't have budget then don't call people for interview to waste time,

Many people told me that they have hiring firing system.

I received call for interview for the role of magento Developer. Interview was scheduled over the phone by one of the senior,know my availability. Simply they are asking me questions and i am replying properly and after sometime senior is saying that you are googling. I don't understand that how it is senior .if I wasn't able to give answer that says that you have no knowledge. I think chetu should improve interview process. Don't go interview and not ready for telephonic interview.totally waste of time.

Got the best team to work with. Global Company gives opportunity to explore a lot. But job security is a problem. And lot to worked from the side of management.

It's one of branch chetu india. A-154 You would get chance to learn a lot seminars on new technology. In this branch php, ror, dot net team works.

Nice but risky to work here they will fire the employee at any time

I have an experience of 3+ Years into Generalist profile. I gave an interview for an HR Generalist Role in the month of August. My Recruiter was Gaurav Sinha who seems to be a bit unprofessional. I was being called twice for the multipe rounds. My final round was with a person who was in US. At the end, i was being told by the recruiter that i have been shortlisted and i have to come for a global training from the very next day.
I was not being told about anything else. But due to this crucial time due to Covid19 I went without any discussions. Despite of asking the recruiter about the process, he was clueless.
I was asked to sit for an entire shift with the team of 2 people. I was being introduced to my Sr Manager and was asked for a buddy up. By end of the day he was expecting me to take calls and to handle the emoloyees queries ( with no salary and roles discussion ).
I was again called the next day to attend the entire shift but after 4 hours i was asked to leave by saying they will get back to me.
Its been 15 days I have nt received any call or any sort of feedback from the recruiter.
They have just wasted my 2 days and asked me to work fot an entire shift.
Very unprofessional enviorment, staff, and the comolete management.

I was great experience working with Chetu. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded here. That is big this for an employee.

There are more than 2500 employee then how can you say it is worst company.

I have been working in chetu since last year. My profile is android. I had also heard that it is hire and fire company but it was wrong. To be very honest no one is fired since last year. If your performance is poor still you will get two three months to improve. I think its enough time to improve. No politics here because every developer is assigned with single project. Yes timing is not good and alternate Saturday is working but one can manage if he/she focuses on learning new things.

No good senior guys in this company. And all Saturday not off. Leave policy also is not good.

I will not say anything one should go and check the reviews they have

Worst and cheapest company. The company didn't follow any policy. Poor infrastructure, no maintaince , no HR support, poor work environment.
HR call the employee and said u r terminated and no need to come tomorrow without giving any proper reason or any notice.
I suggest you all guys please never join this company and don't trouble your future.
The company basically based on hire and fire policy. One of the biggest cheapest company.

Avoid suggestions of dangerous route from theif. Pick pocketers etc.
