I want to know why are we being charged $25 extra on our already too hard to pay rent for recyclable trash pickup. With inflation Sky High Why would you put more burdens on your residence? Rent done climb up to100 dollars and up. Which already include lights and water bill. Now management tack on $25 extra month for recyclable pickups. Why!!?? People are already struggling not to be homeless. And this Management Group thought it'd be okay to attack on an extra $25 Being Greedy for greed sake. There are some that lives on fixed income and that extra $25 really do hurt a lot of people. I've been on the property for over 4 years not once have I missed a payment or been late. This is shameful!!

This property management agency oversees several apartment communities located throughout Indianapolis and I believe Chicago. While I've historically maintained a good rapport with the company, it's only recently that I've become a disgruntled former tenant. I've rented from this company 3-4x and have never had a issue with receiving my security deposit refund until now. They have blatantly disregarded the Indiana "45-Day" Rule to return my deposit. After numerous calls and emails to either the apartment's leasing staff and property management, I get the run-around, am told "it's in the mail," and it's now past 60 days. A month after my move-out, the new leasing manager informed that they had no forwarding address for me, which I provided twice to the former leasing manager before I moved out..via text and phone call (yeah i had his personal cell # 'cause he couldn't set professional boundaries with me...leaving it to your interpretation). Anyway, I literally had to beg for my 45 Day Letter/Statement 3x. I still had only received a tenant ledger, which had discrepancies in charges. Obviously no one looked at my move in check list. If they had, they would've noticed the items i listed as needing repaired. I guess I'll be seeing them in small claims court soon.

This company owns the apartments I live in currently. I m dealing with black mold underneath my furnace and in my sink. This is uninhabited due to dirty water and air that isn t clean. They have yet to call me back after two calls and two More

Been living at one if the properties a while. I've had issues since I moved in with the neighbors doing stuff. I've complained a lot and told the office about it. They sent some messages and emails but still have problems. Messages dont do any good if they just going to keep doing what they want without any repercussions.

Maintenance is essentially lame, property manager, Brenda lies to cover her butt, and Ayman, Regional manager called me and totally cussed me out to the point of I finally hung up on him. He's another foreigner who doesn't do his job following legal guidelines!!
